Well, you're right. for a while it will not happen, but we do not know what will happen in the future. because at this point I think that bitcoin is better than the dollar, but not everyone is aware of it. so when everyone is aware of it, and bitcoin price increases, it could happen. but, it may take a very long time

Fiat loses its value slowly because they keep printing while the value of bitcoin is increasing because its slowly getting popular and it has limited supply so I think bitcoin is better than fiat if we look at it that way. But fiat is still be the one that people will be using because this is what we are used to and it would be hard to shift to something new that's been existing for a decade only. Besides, it would be hard to convince people to use a new technology when many people are still living without technology so how can we convince them to use something that is new when they don't even have the basic of it like electricity perhaps to operate it. We don't know what the future will be but bitcoin replacing the dollar is unlikely. It may happen but not sooner. It may take a very long time or never at all.

yeah I think btc has a very good chance of catching up to at least at level with the dollar but not to the point that it would replace it. not in our lifetime at least. the dollars been here even since and I don't think any other new currency can topple it's hold. again not in our lifetime.

It is not really a small currency because it have some value. People around the world are still trying to invite others to use it or invest in it. True we are low at population but that can change if they see some strong name person also in bitcoin.

Even if it gets the popularity which dollar has it would still not be able to replace dollar as it has a limited amount in total and dollars are way more than how many bitcoins exist, so how come bitcoin can fill that gape in the whole world?

No that is not possible for me becasuse if dollar will be still their since money is living for a long time and we can not change that even bitcoin is popular and bitcoin is accepted locally.. bitcoin is always good for alternative but its impossible that it can be replace we are using bitcoin because for some people they want to gamble without giving identity if its happen that dollar replace by bitcoin expect for tax fee as additional and restriction to identify your identity so gambling will close because some countries are restricted about gambling like here in my country.

I do not think it will happen the Dollar is still way to big for the bitcoin and another fact is that the bitcoin is still not popular enough..
The bitcoin is used a lot but still not enough and its also depending on the Dollar right now.

No bitcoin wont be able to replace any currencie, bitcoin has several advantages with transactions online, fiat is used online and into the real world, bitcoin has a long road till be used the same way and accepted.
