The world just isn't going to be the same and we have been blessed as the pioneers.

I haven't been blessed. It was through my foresight that I saw bitcoin for how valuable it was. No man helped me along, and many discouraged me.
This is the best post in this thread. "Blessed", yuck. Blessed are those who aren't blinded by outdated bronze-age superstitions and imaginary sky-friends.

You can disagree with people about their beliefs without condescending. You might even find a more willing adversary in a good debate. I am not religious myself and even went through the militant atheist stage myself. I have found that treating all people with respect makes me a much happier person.

The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Satoshi is my favorite "imaginary sky-friend".
FYI: "Blessed" does not always require a religious context. Anyone can pause and be grateful for the positive things in their life, and those moments are vital if you want to be happy.
Edit: The primary definition of "blessed" is spiritual, so I guess I'm blessed to not be that worried about it.

I am very blessed, and I would guess you are too even though its probably not by a conscious, omniscient being. I don't think we are blessed because we found bitcoin. That was in our own right. But, we are blessed for living in a society that allowed us to do so. Half the world never even had the chance, and you are blessed to not be one of them.

"In all, 2.4 billion people lived on less than US $2 a day in 2010." -http://www.worldbank.org/en/topic/poverty/overview

If you somehow worked to secure your stature in privileged society pre-birth, please enlighten us. Otherwise, you are blessed.

Surprisingly the chart doesn't need to hit much more than $2000 to keep a fantastic bull run alive

I am blessed and wholeheartedly feel that way because of what you call "religious" reasons!  To be granted a complete acquittal for my sins and that not for being "a good person" but just for humbly asking after realizing I will can be good enough on my own and because of God's great love is a pretty amazing blessing, more so than any amount of Bitcoin in the world.

And on top of that, I do feel blessed for being born in America (although I don't entirely agree with everything we do in the US).  We are privileged compared to many places in the world.

The awesomeness of Bitcoin is revealed by simply holding some over a multi-year period. Eventually one feels the exhilaration of the original poster.

Fundamentals matter a lot, and currently Bitcoin is doing awesome.
Have you heard about the huge Bud Concert Series BTC giveaway this summer?

But those sins are made up by the same religion that grants the complete acquittal.

Come on, back to fantasizing

We will be so wealthy that money will never be a concern again:
We can help people,
while we enjoy the finest things and
travel and
smash big TV's,
buy islands and
own sports teams,
grow organic food and
raise healthy meat products and fresh fruits,
eliminate the radiation from Japan,
refreeze the polar areas and prevent Al Gore from getting too warm
....and that is just a start.  Smiley

We don't need to, since they are already in a endless form of slavery.
You can learn to leave the "little people" alone, or are you driven to be a wicked ruler?
