Tonight there’s more with another doubleheader on ESPN. Up first is the Warriors and the Spurs. Hopefully Steph is feeling a little more like his old self and if so they should beat the Spurs easily.

Although they have lost to Suns, Steph still did great scoring 24pts after missing 11 games. Now, versus Spurs, this will be an easy win for the team and hope they will find their rhythm slowly in the upcoming games coz their spot at 8 is still uncertain. Their standing is pretty much the same as other teams but for a Curry less, I can say, they did great and no Wiggins as well. With them coming back, I guess they can improve their standing. I just hope Klay's knee won't get sore again and will remain healthy.

And chemistry is not something they can get for a year or even two. If he and Markkanen could find the spark at making plays like Jokic and Murray in Denver Nuggets then I bet the Jazz will be one of the unbeatable teams, especially with both of them who can do inside and outside plays.

I am putting my money on the Warriors here despite the spread at -10.5. It doesn't matter if they have a bad record on the road, this is the time to recollect themselves and build that rhythm for their next road games will be a rough one.

This Lakers game is crazy. Heading into double overtime now. The referees are making some controversial calls but at least they’re letting them play it out. Westbrook is having a great game so far but Luka Doncic has been single-handedly keeping his team in it. Now to see if it ends in double overtime or if they go for triple…

Great news about Cousins tomorrow. I hope he makes the team and stays healthy.

2 clutch threes for Luka to send them into 2OT and most importantly got the W. We can definitely say this early that Luka is a future HOF. His basketball IQ are goat-like. 
That was a crazy game though, with almost everyone for each time had a good game. We didn't even expect Gabriel to step up for the Lakers down the stretch, both for the regulation and OT.

Luka Doncic has been performing like a goat since his 1st year in the NBA and he keeps on improving. At 23 years old, he will be breaking more records soon as long as he keeps being healthy. It's just surprising because he is not fast or physically strong but he performs well either outside or inside. His IQ indeed is at a whole new level, he's too smart.

So true! Mavs are something special right ? but Luka is a freaking diamond and he is on the way to become the greatest that ever played basketball and he is still crazy young. More than this , Lakers really gave 100% last night in order to get that W but Luka simply didn't let them and he kept pushing for 3 points and most of them were a success.

Like you said , if he keeps playing like this and push himself over the limit , I have no doubt that whenever he will hit his prime , the league will stand no chance against him.

Doncic is slowly becoming one of the greats with the way he's playing right now. Give him some time and good teammates and he can possibly convert his stats to some wins and possibly a ring. He's a great all rounder and can fill in most positions inside the court, although his shooting and rebounding is what makes him shine inside the court. He's only 23 years old, and he's got a lot ahead of him, and he can still improve as time goes on and as he play more and more games. Hopefully though he does not incur a career-ending injury like what some promising talents did way before they hit their prime. That's the only thing that I'm hoping for for this young Serbian dude.

Not doing some further research about that but the article didn't mention how much the contract offer.

If only we have a hint on how much it is, maybe we can picture some reasons why Clarkson declined it.

Also, he is entering his player option next season, and probably, he is receiving good offers too from other teams as no doubt that he's one of the good fish in the free agency in the postseason. Let's see how that goes.

And yeah, it's probably a low ball on the end of the Jazz and JC is asking for more but they can't give it.

If Utah is willing to release him and won't give what he's asking then he better go to another team that's willing to take care of him and asking salary.

I doubt they'd take Jordan Clarkson out of the team, he's a great player and an integral part of the Utah Jazz, performance-wise he's always been a decent guard and had always secured rebounds for the team. So there's a high possibility that with his enthusiasm to stay with the team, and his great performance, that Utah Jazz retains him and replace somebody else with a more potent player. But for now, as you have said, there's still no news regarding Jordan Clarkson's future with the Jazz so we can only speculate about his team placement until such news arrive.

He is both smart and talented, perhaps one of the smartest players in the NBA. I'm sure he will remain one of the biggest names for many years to come, he has a much better field vision than many players. If he can be a little more athletic, he can come to many different places, he becomes more successful as he gains experience.
He played incredible against the Lakers and had a triple double. 35 points, 14 rebounds and 13 assists is quite a challenge, we can see Luka's effort in many points scored by the team

I don’t think he’ll be traded or stay. I think he’s worth a lot more in free agency and will test the market. I’m surprised to hear people saying he was even willing to stay… I think he’ll probably find a team that will pay him the max in free agency as long as nothing crazy like an injury or arrest happens. He’s a great player. I don’t think he can carry a team like Utah though. They would be smart to trade him now, but I’m not sure who would want to trade for a guy that will only be around a matter of months.

He is not Serbian, he is Slovenian. Even though they are somewhat close countries in the Balkans, they are totally different. Although, now that I googled to be sure, his father is ethnically Serbian. I did not know that. Maybe you referred to that. I know his father was active in his basketball life but I think it is safe to say he is Slovenian, basketball-wise also. The trivia aside, he is indeed an amazing player for his age. Actually, his playing style and maturity always make me think he plays like a 30 year old superstar. Doncic was already great in Euroleague before he went to NBA but also I watched some footage from his 15-16 years old games, he was also seriously amazing when he was that young too. The Lakers game is a little bit questionable because of the referee decisions but the fact that Luka played great again. And I agree, if he can stay without injury, we might see the future goat.

Lakers desperately need AD back they suck without him.  They are a bottom 5-10 team without AD.  With that being said Dallas is just as bad.  Without Luka on the floor they might actually be the worst team in the NBA.  Luka is that good that he is propping that team up.  Knicks own their 1st round pick this year too so no help coming.  Luka is getting wasted on that team.

I would have imagined that the Mavericks would be able to win easily, but that is not what happened!!
We can see that the Lakers can still be a dangerous team (when they want to), but for that to happen, the whole team needs to be playing in tune.
It was an excellent game, and even so, we saw what Luka Dondic was capable of, a great triple double and consistently managing to play more than 50 minutes (including extra time)

Both teams fought very well, but in the end, the Mavericks won. Doncic played as the legend again and made another triple double. But the winners in overtime were definitely Dinwiddie and Wood. When Doncic got tired and couldn't shoot, they stepped in and both contributed points and closed the basket with incredible blocks in defense. I haven't seen such an exciting endgame in a long time. Just to mention one more thing, the referees were really bad in this match. Too many wrong decisions and missed whistles. Still, I think the more deserving side won.

They are already in the bottom at the start of the season, yes there there moments when AD was putting MVP numbers, but they are already in the bottom that time that it's hard for them to recover, and once he is injured, it's back to where they started.

Give Luka some time or at least how Cuban will make the team better, surround him with a good player to help him out. So far still as they still look good and thanks to Luka's magic. But they still need someone to be consistent, Spencer D., Woods and Tim Hardaway should score every game at least average 20 points and they will be a good help.

AD unable to be healthy every season is also a big problem, but if they are healthy they can still make it to the playoffs, since roosters players are getting good minutes but, can they still produce same numbers when AD return since ball touches will be limited once AD is on the floor.
