Yes, I'm also expecting that this time around they will make sure that they are more competent and much more ready than what they had last season. I know that they aren't expecting like that to happen last season that they will participate in the Finals but with the dedication they had, they managed to climb the ladder and almost defeated the scorching Warriors. Look at them now, the Celtics leads the whole league and not just the conference, they got the most games won and least games lost.
If ever the Warriors and the Celtics will have a match-up in the Finals again, I bet the Warriors will fail this time because they almost got no defensive players left while the Celtics got the same roster and much more experienced this time around.
Well like in the previous Season the Golden State Warriors don't need to be in the top standing they just need to get in the playoffs, and showcase what they really can do, for me I still have hope for the Golden State Warriors in pretty much making it even the finals, right now James Wiseman is on the Santa Cruz Warriors the G league, this is to ready him in coming back to the Golden State Warriors again, and to hone his skill in the G League, While Jonathan Kuminga is rising up to the occasion and if this continues this 19 years old will likely become a great asset for the Warriors, in becoming a mini Giannis Antetokounmpo, for the team, that frequently shooting outside, if this continues and Steve Kerr would likely let him play a couple of minutes I think that he will show most of his potential inside the court, And I am sure excited for this Warriors team than the last season, I understand that you look at the Warriors that way and seems interesting for you to see that they are taking their time to prepare their players, and for the record, I have no doubts at all that they can still reach the playoffs this season. But, I doubt that they will have that chance to at least defend their title on the Finals, not with the current roster they have now. We never know, at the end of the day, only one of us will get it right They lose some of important players which can play tight defense and give them quality plays also with good shootings so I guess that is huge loss for them which might give them a problem on this series. I also doubt if they can defend their title this season but still probabilities are their since there are lot of time to develop their young players and might they can contribute good numbers at the playoff series. GSW is very well known to be good on developing their players so we might see some surprising performance coming to their rookies. Yes, I agree. I also know that they sent Wiseman to the G-League to grab more exposures and experience while he is not that needed on the Warriors roster for now but soon, he will be useful just like what they did to Wiggins and Poole. For the time being, the Warriors needed to divide their players to provide a little defense because they cannot really make it to the end if they are always focusing on their offense. They already experienced that when they have lost the game for 5 straight road games because at that time they are still adjusting. Let's see it for ourselves in the upcoming months if how will they improve their current roster without adding new players to the line-up.

I just saw a post on facebook regarding the Jazz, they are 8-0 at the start while 2-8 now in their last 10 games. Question is, are they in trouble already? How important is Conley to be back in the team? Without him will the Jazz failed to reach the playoffs?
Yeah Conley is one of the most important piece in the Utah Jazz roster this season, but they can still do better even with his absence. One more important factor is to give Kessler more minutes. He is a good addition on both ends of the floor for grabbing both offensive and defensive rebounds while protecting the paint. This guy needs to play at the minimum of 20m/game. They have bounced back against the Clippers though. They'll definitely not going to be a play-in team as long as they keep healthy all season long.

The Lakers got themselves a nice win over the Damian Lillard-less Portland Trailblazers. LeBron James and Anthony Davis both had big nights.
The Cleveland Cavs got another win over 76ers. They beat them by 28 and have the 5th best record in the league now. Biggest surprise of the season for sure. I thought they’d be tanking for the draft.
I agree with you, the Cleveland Cavaliers are one of the most interesting teams this year. Their performance so far is very good, they have managed to win almost as many games as the Bucks. When we look at the Bucks' roster, we see that there are much better players, but I can't say that there are as many good players in the Cleveland Cavaliers. This means that it is possible to be one of the best teams in the league without the big star players Speaking of the Bucks roster, it looks like Khris Middleton will be back in the lineup for them this Friday against the Lakers. It’s been a long time since the Bucks have had their #2 player. It will certainly make them better. How about DeAndre Ayton lately? He’s playing like a man possessed. Him and Devon Booker put on a show last night being the first Suns teammates to ever score 50 and 30 in the same game! I guess DeAndre Ayton deserved the max contract he had, the management was right for giving him a big salary despite his young age. One thing I see that makes Ayton more productive is his chemistry with his teammates, they seemed to have great communication and Ayton knows how to position well that's why he can also grab some offensive rebounds. He was denied a max contract because they think that he has not deserved it, while his co rookies has been offered, but Ayton was not so somewhat he might be bitter. However, it seems that he has done his share and really performing better this year. So hopefully once his contract expires or maybe he will opt to get out so that he can test the market, that will be good. But if the Suns management doesn't want to let go of Ayton, then for sure he might get his max contract extension.

Jazz has that good opportunity to move and play on the 2nd round as long as they are all healthy and they are all willing to play hard in winning every game that they will play.

Bucks needs to Middleton as another reliable scorer aside from Giannis. This is the main reason why Bucks defeated by Celtics because Bucks is so weak on games that Giannis can’t perform well. Bucks is highly dependent to Giannis and has a very inconsistent outside shooters. With Middleton come back, They can solve already there weakness that lacks of good and consistent play maker for Giannis to get a space that he needs to dominate the game. They might look really strong on there current record but this is useless on play offs especially when they are against Boston that became more solid than ever. They can’t beat a same strong team for multiple match in a row if there play only revolves to Giannis.

I saw it too that he will return against the Lakers and that would be a huge challenge for them seriously. If they can somehow find a way to win, then we can say that there are really hopes for them to compete in the NBA playoffs because this one is a huge wave, and to survive it, they really need the plan to stop Giannis and Middleton using the best players they have right now. As for the Jazz, they aren't really doing good and they are about to jeopardize their chance to be in the NBA playoffs this season. Imagine how they failed to maintain their spot for just a week, getting knockout from the playoff tree because of losing streaks.

It's too early to conclude, once Conley will comeback and they still struggle, then maybe we can conclude that they will not likely make it to the playoffs this season. But whatever we think, Jazz are still a surprising team because they are expected to tank this season and yet we are seeing a very competitive Jazz team.

I won't be surprised or be disappointed if they do not make it to the play-in tournament but at least they're making a run for it unlike other teams that only looks good on paper.

They are in a good chance to go into the playoffs with the way they play in this season. Again, I just speculated that maybe there are no pressure in this players, and so that play every night and just look for a way. And regardless of who they are going to face, they will give everything that good. And Jordan Clarkson is really turning into a legit superstar with the Jazz.

Well, this is what I'm saying back then that their performance in their first few games isn't sustainable, and things might change in a snap. Now it happened to the Jazz. After having a good start, they are now struggling, and a losing streak might just put you from the top spot all the way to the bottom 8. There was a time in the Western Conference where the 10th seed are only 2 games behind the top spot. Now it's 4.5 games, but still, we are in the early stages of the season, and anything can happen still. I expect some trades that will happen maybe when the all-star comes near. Jazz is now on the 7th seed and a bit of adjustment might change their win-lose streak.

In the match played last night, the Detroit Pistons defeated the Dallas Mavericks at home 131-125 in overtime, with the regular time ending 117-117. Once again, we saw that Dallas needs one or two more players next to Luka Doncic. Host Detroit has won their 3rd game in the last 10 games. Doncic was the game's top scorer but could not prevent the defeat.

Just unfortunate to see that Conley once injured, the Jazz has struggled, but you have to give it really to them this season, after the huge trade and when everyone thought that they are going to tank, they were able to not just survived, but at the top early on. So it's a big surprised and hopefully they can remain very competitive so that the West will be very much that exciting, with the Lakers and the Warriors trying to make it to the top 6. Let's see Clarkson becoming Jazz main man now.

You're right. The Jazz's performance has been really awful lately, considering they've only won 3 of their last 10 games. However, it's worth noting that the Jazz is still in 7th place in the Western Conference standings, and it means that if the Jazz's head coach finds a way to improve the performance of the players, the Jazz will still have a chance to reach the playoffs since the end of the regular season is still a long way off.

But still though, he is part of the pack, their second option, so it's important that he be back in the roster. The East is also very competitive, and it's good that the Bucks maintained their spot, and in the beginning, they have a good run, but the Celtics was able to get back the number 1 seeding from them. So they need Khris specially in very close game, he is somewhat of a closer and definitely a big help to the Bucks. And at least, Giannis scoring or at least the pressure on his shoulder to carry that team might be lessen.

The monster trio that brought the championship to the Bucks is complete, Middleton, Holiday, and Giannis. That is scary for the competition in the East and the West. Now that Giannis is at its peak, with the help of Khris and Jrue, they are on track to compete in the finals again. Their competition in the East is the duo of Brown and Tatum in the Celtics. These two are monsters as well and just like Giannis are peaking. It will be a great Eastern Conference Finals if these two teams meet. Injuries are the only think that could held these two teams from reaching the Finals. They are still performing better than other rebuilding teams. San Antonio Spurs are rebuilding as well but they are sitting at 0.273, while the Jazz are at 0.542. Having a winning record while in a rebuilding process, is an achievement. They have a working system and a good coach, imagine what they can achieve if they get a legit superstar in their roster.

Speaking of the Bucks roster, it looks like Khris Middleton will be back in the lineup for them this Friday against the Lakers. It’s been a long time since the Bucks have had their #2 player. It will certainly make them better.
Yes, the Milwaukee Bucks is indeed looking forward to see Khris Middleton again to make his debut this season on their next game versus the Los Angeles Lakers. I remember that the Bucks already listed him to be missing on their first 20 games because of that injury he sustained last playoffs, I bet they could've at least reach ECF if Middleton wasn't injured. Expect that the Bucks will be much stronger now that Middleton has returned to the scene and Giannis can now move freely again, although, there might be some adjustments to get him in synch but I reckon that won't take long. Yeah, Middleton's comeback is good news for the Bucks, although it's worth noting that they're performing pretty well even without him, given that they're currently in 2nd place in the Eastern Conference. As for the upcoming game against the Lakers, it should probably be an easy win for the Bucks. Nevertheless, I would prefer to see the Lakers win because by doing so, the Lakers would prove that they aren't a hopeless team and can still beat tough opponents. That is a tough test that they needed to pass to see if they are indeed not a hopeless team this season and can stand tall against heavy teams on the league. After having an easy win from the powerless and starless Blazers, I hope they will be on their A-game later when they will play versus the Bucks especially that the team's 2nd best is now back after his long rest from the injury he sustained. This will be an interesting game that I wouldn't want to miss and Lakers are now on road after their back to back home games. Let's see if Bron, AD and the rest of the roster can defeat the much stronger Bucks later.

I’m sure it’ll take Middleton a while to get back in the swing of things for the Bucks so maybe the Lakers will take advantage and find themselves another win. You can watch the game in ESPN tonight followed by the Bulls and Warriors.
The Detroit Pistons keep finding ways to win games they shouldn’t while maintaining one of the worst records in the NBA. They’re really screwing up some bets.

I would guess that there is a good chance he would probably play very limited minutes, and we are not going to see him do anything at all. When players come back from a big injury like this, they don't just end up with a big game, they usually end up playing very badly at first and they will end up with nothing to show for it neither. This means that we are going to end up with a bit of a trouble in the long run. I am guessing that since we haven't really seen or heard anything major from him about his return, and it is just a normal limited minute game, he will probably defend a bit bad, and shoot a bit bad, and then slowly he will get better and better.
