Hey whats up guys,
Investing into my first bitcoins today after debating for the past two weeks. Went through with it and used BitInstant to cash deposit USD by moneygram to a bitcoin address. The order has been completed on BitInstant (Order executed - funds deposited at remote exchange, etc.)
22272abc-58b4-4fb1-b280-4862f752fc76 heres the quote ID.
My question is did I choose the wrong receive option? I noticed they had an option "Bitcoins to email" and would that have been better? Because won't the Bitcoin address I have only receive Bitcoins or will it convert those dollars into bitcoins automatically? Newb mistake I know, just curious.

Bought $20 worth of BTC today and got nothing, its been 5 hours since ZipZap purchase.
No email, nothing. I went back to the email and confirmed it, sent support ticket to BitInstant and Coinapult. The order says delivered though... bit worried.
Do you have an order ID # or quote ID #? An email address could also be helpful. PM or post here. Oh, my bad, guess I can't send messages yet on the forums. Transaction Date: 17:30 4/5/13 Quote: 0289a7fb-30c7-4764-ada3-65d93ef96413

1. order id: f90f6887-953d-489f-9f4b-6b932252c8f0 I have had two transactions that have not been fulfilled. I have sent the messages to the proper support team by using the contact information on your web site. I got a response by Seth and Rachel and they seemed to have found the issue with one of my transactions. Seth seemed to be helping me out with the issue. He replied with this: It looks like you provided an invalid bitcoin address. As soon as you send me one I will transfer this ticket over to tech support where they can issue a manual transfer. Thank you. --- Sincerely, Seth I gave him all the information he requested and a knew the proper bitcoin address so tha he could help me get my coins to a butcoin address.. My mistake was that I did not type in the original bitcoin address with capital letter as it showed. I thought we were all on the same page and moving forward this was going to be taken care of. Rachel was a second bitcoin rep that helped out with this issue and with her response I was sure I was finally going to get my bitcoins. This is her response : I've forwarded your order information over to tech support. You should receive your funds in the next business day. --- Sincerely, Rachel Then some time went by and Seth send me this e-mail on 03/26/13 Here is the order id: f90f6887-953d-489f-9f4b-6b932252c8f0 He would like his btc transferred to: ***************************** Rob, please direct all future questions and comments to Charlie, Ira, and Gabe by responding to this email. They are the only ones that can help you now. Best of luck! Sounds to me like he tried and for whatever reason this transaction has not been fulfilled. This order was originally submitted on 03/18/13 And I haven't got a response to any of my recent e-mails. I thought we were all on the same team and I am excited for your services and contributions. But this kind of thing is a major downer. 2.> My second Bitinstant Cash to Bitcoin address order was on 04/02/13 and the Quote ID is 759be396-2837-4a01-a1eb-5c2717db9307 Order ID:77b75ff3-6c2b-422a-9031-9646ba3c863 This has not had a response to any of my e-mails and I did input a proper bitcoin address and got the Money gram and Zip Zap verification as well as bitinstants. I am still waiting for the bitcoins to be deposited Can you please help me out.

I believe you received your funds. I am seeing 11 confirms on your transaction. Are you using Bitcoin-QT? Maybe you just need to download the blockchain?

Hey, Ursay, since you're apparently working, please give me an update. I'm going on three days: Deposited $480.05 yesterday, no coins received. I had deposited the day prior, and received the coins instantly. OrderID: bc9233ec-0670-42e8-8018-0f7b288a2df8 EventID: 15e05d38-1406-441e-b030-7f8ee0cb7600 I emailed support almost 24 hours ago, and still no response.

Yeah I checked myself on blockchain.info and now have 12 confirmations, and I never didnt believe I'd receive the funds I trust BitInstant. Im using Bitcoin-Qt on mac, I think the issue is its still synching to network and my wallets are out of sync so once its synced it should show up I assume? thanks for quick response.

And I appreciate the hell outta that. Keep going Yankee! I believe in you! Processed! Yup, I pm'd Yankee and Ursay per both the requests... Waiting.
Its funny, you PM'd me and your money is right in the PM! We gave you a MtGox code and you need to redeem it! EDIT: Just saw the code was expired since it was redeemed for 48 hours. I manually processed it into your account!! Got it? URSAY, you've spoken to Charlie recently right? when does he plan on resolving our issues? I was told he was the only one that could help me but I havn't been able to get a reply from him.
See Ursay? This is what I'm talking about. You told me that you would soon be talking to Charlie and would have an answer to problems only he could answer. When asked for an update, we are usually ignored, not always. That's all I meant. You did indeed open a ticket for me and I really appreciate that. Hey guys, URSAY forwarded me your info. If you want me to look faster, send me a PM and Ill look now! URSAY, you've spoken to Charlie recently right? when does he plan on resolving our issues? I was told he was the only one that could help me but I havn't been able to get a reply from him.
See above That's funny, I PM'd you hours ago and got no response. At this point I think it's safe to say that our 3.99% BitInstant fee has been increased to a 100% fee for many of the people posting in this thread? Yesterday, this thread stood at 127 pages and is now at 145, 146? BitInstant not meeting their obligations to the customers that wired them money is clearly building momentum, not subsiding. If this was only a technical glitch and you had the monetary resources to meet your obligations you would have done so by now. For now I'll continue to monitor the block chain in hopes of hearing the magical beep that indicates MY money heading to MY wallet. The sound of BitInstant getting its shit together and holding up their end of the bargain. The reason this thread is longer is because URSAY is responding to every single person as of 2 days ago when we hired him. Your first statement is false because we honor the price and give refunds from time of deposit, which Ive said countless times in this thread. I appreciate your patience here, we're doing our best with this volume explosion that we've seen. At the end of the day, we've never scammed anyone and don't intend to do so. We'd appreciate if you treat us with the same respect we treat you with. Anyways, your order failed because someone tried manually processing a few times and it froze up. I cancelled it and reprocess it without any fees. Transaction_id': u'515f7a9a3fa78d4cc6a572a6 Thanks

See my post above please, before you double post. Our system shows the order processed, however when I check the Blockchain, it looks like Coinapult did not process it . To all our support staff, it looks like it processed. They escalated it to me, but I did not see it yet. No one is trying to hurt or scam you, why would we ruin our reputation for $400 I've already pinged Coinapult staff, but your BTC rate is already locked in so dont worry if the price goes up.

Hey, don't worry about him, he is frustrated, and rightfully so. Our system shows his order executed, but for some reason Coinapult did not process it. Im working on it, and his rate is locked in. Anyways, did you get your coins? I want to close the ticket.

I am on an Internet forum talking to people that I genuinely have no idea if they have any relation to the company that I gave $500 to. The "official" support email has returned nothing to me in three days. The homepage and the blog have NO indication that anything at all is going on. Forgive me if I am feeling funny or irate. This isn't exactly the sort of thing that happens when you deal with a reputable company.
