Hi All,
Was hoping for some help/suggestions.  I am trying to use claymore 9.5 to mine with 5 Zotac 1070 minis.  When I run the miner it only comes in at 2.5mh/s per card.  I dont think its a power issue since it will mine a variety of other algorithms.  Currently using stock settings in windows10.

Any suggestions would be awesome.

Do you have latest build of windows? Also what driver version you are using? i'am on 382.33 and getting around 21mh/s from 1060/6GB.

Anyone tried latest 382.53 - issues? Improvements?

driver build 382.33
windows build 10586.916

Hello,

I have some trouble using this miner. It seems to connect to the mining pool (suprnova.cc) but it doesn't mine. There are no "Share accepted" notices:

This is my config:
Code:
-epool stratum+tcp://eth.suprnova.cc:5000
-ewal username.eth1
-epsw xyz
-esm 3
-dpool stratum+tcp://dcr.suprnova.cc:3252
-dwal username.dcr1
-dpsw xyz
-mode 1
-allpools 1

Any idea why it doesn't work?

Best

edit:  just noticed you have esm 3 for nicehash try 1
also mode 1 is eth only and you have settings for mode 0

Is this the right place to ask for technical help? Sorry, new to the forums!

I'm getting the following error repeated when trying to dual mine ETH/SC

15:32:39:297   2824   ETH: Stratum - Connected (eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999)
15:32:39:359   2824   Socket was closed remotely (by pool)
15:32:39:361   2824   ETH: Job timeout, disconnect, retry in 20 sec...

Doesn't look like any other errors, can provide rest of logs if helpful.

configs below (stripped email and wallet). Please help!

-epool eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999
-epsw x
-dpool stratum+tcp://sia-eu1.nanopool.org:7777
-dpsw x

Hi,

I have a question which is important to me. Why Claymore's Miner does not stop hashing when the network is down? I did a simple test - unplugged Internet plug from my router so there was no Internet connectivity on local network but the miner was still showing the same hash rate and even finding new shares. How is this possible? Worse thing it is also drawing the same amount of electricity when no Internet connection. If my ISP will have some network outages then Claymore's Miner will simply waste the electricity. Is this by default or some config error or something else?

Thanks.

Any idea why it doesn't work?

edit:  just noticed you have esm 3 for nicehash try 1
also mode 1 is eth only and you have settings for mode 0

Thanks for the answer. Mode 1 is on purpose, i don't care too much about DCR and i am happy if ETH works.
I have the "- esm 3" info from suprnova.cc website (https://eth.suprnova.cc/). But I changed it to 1 and than I receive this error message:
http://www.imagebanana.com/view/d6k63h1f/1.PNG
Any other suggestions?

Your card's memory controller is actually the problem - as the DAG grows, even though it can fit it in its RAM, it gets slower and slower at random access. This does not occur with GCN 2 and newer GPUs.

So theres no solution for this?

i will buy rx570 cards, will 4gb be enought or should i buy the one with 8gb ?
