Can I tip someone with a simple link? That would be really cool. Being able to message someone on facebook/reddit/insta, "Thank you here is a tip" Having things easily hyperlinked and tied with a balance would be really cool. That would help marketing and usage. "Click here to receive your payment for work." Does this type of stuff already exist with other coins?

No, they go to IOTA instead which is much "cheaper" at only $x.xx.... without caring that it is a coin that has delivered NOTHING of what is suppossed to do. Have anyone seen where is that code that would run on microcontrollers? I have been trying to find sources for Arduino to no avail.... well, in fact, no source for any microcontroller at all. Not even beta, or alpha, or a fucking draft.... NOTHING.

That's because people are idiots.  The same idiots don't buy bitcoin because they think they have to invest $13k to get one.  Same for the stock market.  You don't have to buy a full share of Google.
I don't think those are the kind of people that should be buying into crypto anyway.

Sorry to nitpick - but can you buy a fraction of a share? You cannot, at least in my country. The smallest unit you can buy is one share. So the fact that virtual currencies are almost infinitesimally divisible is an advantage.
Companies come out with bonus shares and share splits to overcome the disadvantage that you cannot buy a fraction of a share. This improves liquidity of those shares.

No.  The smallest unit you can purchase is 1 byte
1gb = 1million bytes.
1gb = $300
1million bytes = $300

So, how about you send me $0.0000003 and I will send you a byte?
Oh wait, you can't send me $0.0000003.

The problem is not cryptocurrency.  The problem is that your country/world currency is only divisible by 2 decimal places.

Same for the stock market.  You are NOT required to buy 1 share of Google.  You can by $50 worth of a google share.  Since people are simple idiots, they say google is too expensive and don't buy any, because in their small heads think they need to buy a $500 share.  You don't need to buy a full ounce of gold.... You can buy a quarter ounce or 10th of an ounce, and yet, those same idiots don't buy gold cause they believe they have to buy a $1300 ounce.

Anyone who would simply read the whitepaper would take a position in GBYTE.

Simple and works.

Penny grabbing is a new sport of this community?

Try to find yourself on this video.

https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2015/jun/18/customers-filmed-scrabbling-on-floor-over-cheap-food-in-tesco

Penny?  I've been giving away $.33 to $2.00 all around the place.  Just like I did many years ago with bitcoin.
These pennies could be worth hundreds later.  Yup, just a penny grab for now.  Smiley

In that video, I'm the black chick on the right.

...
But for blackbytes I would need to load the full chain. Or am I wrong?

Wrong.  Lite clients can use bytes and black bytes the same as full nodes.

why the spike in the price lately?? there was some development goal achieved, or just a unlogical common pump??

Probably because of the ability to email and text the Bytes at will.  I consider it a major upgrade / feature.

What is this link for? To receive free Byteball or something?

I've been including free bytes for no reason.  Only need to claim them.  It wasn't specifically for you, but for anyone to click and take.  Smiley

I just withdraw my funds from Cryptopia and they gave me this TX code

You're going to need to contact them.  It's possible they have an issue with their wallet in that they appear to have paid you, but the payment was not broadcasted.  So, you will never see it.  They will be able to correct the issue for you.  It's not anything any of us can do.

Does anyone else find it a little ironic that you have potential investors claiming that the price of GBYTE is "too high compared to IOTA"... and current investors claiming that the price of GBYTE is "too low compared to IOTA" Tongue Roll Eyes

Any real investor is going to know they can buy $1 instead of being forced to buy $300 worth.  I don't think a real investor ever thinks they are limited or required to put in a certain amount.

1 GB is a billion bytes, unless you're using obscure euro lingo.

Thanks.  I probably should be more exact in numbers, but I was trying to simply point out that we do/don't need to make more than (for example)  21million BTC.  A person doesn't need to buy a billion satoshis at a time.

Sadly... there is no Aptitude Test required to use the Internet and/or CryptoCurrency Tongue

Makes me laugh when people are like "GBYTE" should be listed as "MBYTE" so all the crypto-n00b investors think they're getting a good deal by being able to buy a whole one... just buy a smaller chunk then! Roll Eyes

Thanks not that I need that. But do you know the link does not work? It gives txt wrong or something.

Actually it says something else. Like it is not valid or something.

If it says 'something else' then post the error you see.

I remember working for IS and had to put up with people saying.... It gives me some kind of error.
I didn't ask what you think it says, I am asking what it actually says.
The idiot on the end of the phone says.... Well, it's an error.
What kind of fool doesn't understand that I want to know what is says, not what he thinks it says.    Ok, rant over.

Go to the link and read what it says.  Instead of trying to think back or interpret what you think it says, post it.  Smiley

That said, it was claimed.  The link tells you it was claimed.
I can see the address that claimed it, but I am not going to post (for obvious reasons).
