I still did not get it despite a specific promise made by one of their representative to refund by the end of this week.
I never abused any of these people on the phone, never threw any insults at them either on a message board or email.
Are these the days when a semblance of civilized behavior is considered a weakness? I have a lot to learn here

I have requested my refund on April 8th in BTC, they declined my BTC request and asked for my bank information. So does this mean I have to request BTC again to get it quickly or am I just 1 business day away from my refund?...

I also got my refund today.. Same details as prior post. Things didn't work out, but glad I got a refund. The same cannot be said for other companies. But with that said, they will not be issuing refunds for the Titan. So it's too much risk for me.

I don't think that they have a fair process even in refunds. I requested refund on April 8 and asked for BTC on April 29 and was promised a refund by Friday.

I tried the numerous attempts at BTC but ended up with a USD. I want to say that your refund would probably be coming up within a week.

Let's hope so, because my 2 DEC order was $13,200, that buys exactly 6THs from bitmain this week.
