If they print money to keep the btc price low, then we print tether and buy more bitcoins. Get rekt.

That becomes a problem though the minute everyone wants to get out for real fiat.

Fractional reserve bitcoin market == bad.

That's the beauty of bitcoin. It is easy to enter but hard to get out.

Many people are afraid to get out because of the paper work waiting for them. (or the questions from the FEDs)

so you just hope that nobody is going to redeem the tethers for real USD? ... that might happen faster than you think, especially when price will go lower than 10k$

so you bitcoiners admit its a scam just to keep your greed driving...
By your words, I assume you're not a bitcoiner.

A few questions arise instantly.

- What are you if not a bitcoiner? Bcasher? Fiater?

- What are you doing here if not a bitcoiner? General trolling? Nuisance training?

Just going through all the shitfork coins to see if I can increase my BTC stash.
Looks like the majority of them can't be exchanged on any exchanges due to various reasons (non functioning wallets etc).
Does anyone have a list of which coins are actively trading and can be deposited at which exchange?
Would be much appreciated.

Yes please that’d be great. I don’t have an android phone so I haven’t been able to claim my bitcoin gold still through the Coinimi wallet.

when that happens, people will panic and buy as much coins as possible to transfer them to "real" exchanges...the results will be hilarious

This sub is a very helpful source to cash out shitcoins. I made a killing last weekend. Can't believe there are people who buy those forkcoins.

Try bither and bitpie if you're using Apple. I used their Android versions and works like a charm. You can also claim sbtc and btd .

Forget TA. It wont work with bitcoin.

We can go to 5k in two weeks and then bounce back and reach 25k in just one month after that.

That's why you should not sell. Theres no way to predict a fall for a short and buy-back scenario. Those who did it, are just lucky.

About tether - I agree with Torque, it's going to be an issue sooner or later. I wish those audits were properly carried through, situation found regular, and details published. That would be superbullish.

Ok I sold some. My sacrifice to the sharks. Price will go up now. I have excellent record for selling the bottom.

Yep. Caught the bottom nicly again too. Not too bothered really as some cash in the hand is worth two in the bush. I have to admire some here though with huge balls and possibly millions if they cash out now holding.

11k broken. First sign of life or a passing illusion?

BTC dips (again) below 10k$...10min later...100M$ Tether printed...price rices unnaturally by ~10% within minutes...can't explain that

Don't you think that the South Korean government announcing it won't close the Korean bitcoin exchanges might have something to do with it? The price crashed when the South Korean government announced it was considering closing the Korean exchanges. Is it just coincidence the price is going up after it announced its changed its mind?

Oh, I see. Sorry if I came across a bit aggressive.
In hindsight, thanks for the advice - although I didn't notice, so I couldn't heed it.
Next time, please, advise cashing out at 19k.
Anticipated thanks.

The funny thing is, I think even the whales learned something back in Dec. when they all tried to 'cash out' huge sums all at once.

They found that they couldn't. And couldn't do it cheaply. Hence the massive mempool backlog that we had.  Grin

This is critical too. In a weeks time, new non-anonymous Bitcoin accounts with banking will be allowed. Tether isn't the only thing going on.

South Korea was never banning Bitcoin, only getting rid of the anonymity.

I have a feeling that, after this Friday, with CME shorts closed (and perhaps whales pumping BTC to prepare for another short), and the South Korean regulations clarified, that the BTC price will finally lift off for real.

That would be consistent with the historical charts, at least.

Is the current rise due to the double bottom?
