...$1,800 are within realms of reason remain quite fantasylandia scenarios, and you have not been out of breadths when engaging in fantasylandia practice, especially given your track record of stupid-ass overly bearish BTC predictions (that did not come to fruition, need I say?).

With the amount you wrote there I must conclude it's yourself you're trying to convince, not me.

You've been away too long, toknormal, if you think what JJG wrote here is any significant amount.

I'm not expecting ~$9000 support level to break down, but if it actually does break down, $6000 ain't out of cards.

Whoaza Raja.

You seem to be a bit ahead of yourself, and yes I do agree that there should be some decent support at $9k, but there should also be some decent support in the $8k to $8.5k range too, no?

Hmmm... from a bird's eye view at the late-2017 to 2019 price chart, it doesn't really seem like that $7xxx-$8xxx are the levels which can prove to be strong (as both, support and resistance). I know this is a very big range of values, but that's just how I look at it! Lips sealed

Bahahaha

That sideways shit was getting on my nerves a bit.  Much more relaxed now that we have broken downwards.  Need to shake the tree.

Bring it on.

At what point would you break into your reserve fiat? I’ve got a good amount of dirty fiat locked away but never had the balls to go all in on it. I think if we hit something ridiculous like $5,000 I’d have no choice but to.
I'd throw half of my stinky fiat at it @5k, just so I don't feel betrayed if she wants to take one more refreshing dive.

Guys - you aren't going to break open the piggy bank for a $5K buy.  Because it isn't going to happen.  This necessary dip will end well. It's the end of an overheating and consolidation period and the wind will change.

Just chill, listen to Hairy - and grab any cheap coins you can while you still can.

Anyway, seems like the price is going from sideways to down. I hope it will then move up, and we can see some healthy and funny 10% daily volatility again. Volumes are still low though.

This summer was absolutely boring regarding btc.

dear WO-MFs, subject Grysur is still alive but because of #opsec it will never attend to any meet-ups ever in the future. I'm very ugly so you can thank me later.

let's start the games - "buy when there's blood in the streets"  Grin Grin

Some of the guys were really paranoid about OpSec but by the end of the weekend most of us know each others first names. My girl got really drunk & left her phone in the bar which was returned by one of the WO’s.

I think these guys are probably more trustworthy than a lot of my RL friends. It’s a bit like mutual respect of each others concerns manifests itself in absolute trust & respect.

Indeed ..... As I also had a small thinking that all members that where there where truly old accounts, involved when BTC was only a not to expensive new thing and all of those members where still active all the time, so I bet a member as old as the ones in the meet where truly into BTC and BTC learning whiteout any wrong thinkings or whatsoever

I was the youngest account so I was lucky I could join Smiley
Though there still was one only HERO as well there Cheesy Tongue

We where almost thinking of putting him on the HEROmember table over dinner

Daily RSI heading into oversold zone (below 30) in lower bar.  Will represent quite good value if we can get the price a bit lower.  Starting to feel a bit tempted.

Edit - Think I’m going to buy tomorrow. If I miss the dip & it bounces then so be it. I want to see how much further this is going though.

I even doubt the price will go much under 9k, if at all!
I already bought a little physical, pushing my DCA routine a bit beyond what's usual.
But I like to be prepared for UP and DOWN - always. Even if she goes berserk with bottom scraping.

Oh my, she did go under 9k after all!

Bakkt volume jumped from 60 BTC to 90 BTC in a couple of minutes.

EDIT: It seems like I'm not the only one currently noticing the change in volume at Bakkt:

EDIT: While BAKKT volume moves from 24 to 75 in a wink of an eye.

EDIT2: 91 (30 secs later)

Hey WOs! Was REALLY busy with some house renovations and other work-related stuff, so busy I had to only read the last 1~2 pages of WO posts every other day... It's impossible to keep up, but really nice to read even a few posts...

Description of Avatar: It's a solar eclipse. In fact, it's the total solar eclipse that will occur in 8 April 2024. Notice the special glow of the moon? And what's that strange "B"? A HoDLer knows exatly what that means... Mark this date!

Could have registered to BitcoinTalk much earlier than 2017, but I was put down by how ugly the forum engine looked (and still looks, TBH). Little did I know that I would be so hooked to the WO thread, that it would become my daily must-visit place for years to come...
