Guess what, we are above 200DMA. So 200DMA was the real solid ass support indeed.

If we lose 200D MA today, it will be ugly.

We're above, but too close for comfort...

Daily contracts are not tradable yet. Only monthly contacts for the moment.

Oops, thanks.

I was never interested in anything futures, but why these up&downs in volume then?
There must be a deadline to cancel a contract, right?

We are speaking of daily volumes.
If i sell a contract to you we have 1 daily volume. Open interest is 1.
If the following day I sell a contract to you we have 1 daily volume. Open interest is 2.
If the same day  I buy a contract from you we have 2 daily volume. Open interest is 1 again.

Seriously though, I bought the dip for the third time this year and accumulated more. I expect more dipping w 9k rekkt and I will continue to accumulate all the way down in the event we make it to 7k, 6k, and even 5k if that somehow happens.

This is Bitcoin so we know its all possible. Whatever happens in the next 90 days will Im sure be the last great chance for cheap coins for several years so wipe your tears, refrain from attacking people that were or are short term bearish and instead focus your efforts on backing up the truck and filling those bags boyz.

(depressed Fatty alter ego eating away the Big Blocker Blues pic)

Just make sure there's any dip to dip in or you'll run out of chicken when the real dip comes.

Ahhh Fatty lecturing on the discipline of dip buying but cant help but making a food eating metaphor I see Wink

Thanks for the concern. I bought with everything I owned the real dip in 2014 and 15 and still hold the vast majority of those coins, buying dips now is a petty sideshow to kill time at this point, Im over 95 percent net worth in King Bitcoin. Big blockers never tricked me out of my riches and into shitcoins Cheesy

currently fighting at the 50% fibo level. should not go below 72xx (61.8% fibo) otherwise we have a seroius issue.

As expected, this is the reaction to the premature parabolic high. I never liked that one.

Critical to test support now.

There may be a bigger problem, signalled by the collapse in hash rate, but that remains to be seen.

People are really ignorant and annoying about the hashrate every single time. There's a thing called variance, and hashrate isn't going anywhere but up. Mark my words.

Price of bitcoin is below $8500 now, made me shocked when I wokeup today.

I need sleeping pills to stay away from this stress for a while.

Anyone! Undecided

Healthy alternatives:

1. chill more

2. zoom out (and chill even more)

If that doesn't help:
3. Send your smartphone to a family member in a nice little package, tell him/her to never pick it up at the post office. Wait until it gets sent back to you. Check price again  Grin

In the worst case:
4. Sell your coins at a cheap price (to me) and use that Fiat for a long vacation in any region of the world with no internet access.

EDIT:
2.5. Read some postings by realr0ach and check daily gold/silver charts. Compare to bitcoin.

If you like pulling your hair out, maybe if you think baldy heads are fashionable, sell your scam bitcoins and invest into craig's satoshi's real vision or the zombie coin (see mc afee twitter history).

If not, laugh more. You don't need a reason for laughing. One of the really free things in life  Grin
Out of SM at the moment. Lips sealed

I will try 2 like I always do but I can't control my feelings when it was dump but this time I didn't buy any bitcoin which thing I could feel little relax about.

Don't panic.
S2F model still in play.

Graph from : https://digitalik.net/btc/

Market is still following SF model, all in place for Halving rally.
Of course one could argue that with the market knowing this model the halving rally should be rationally anticipating actual halving, not following it like in 2016.
But still, let's try to see the glass half full glass.

Wondering to write a post (or a thread ) recapping differences between futures, future terminology, and a little bit of theory (what is a future , in the first place, what does words such as volume,  contango, backwardation, settlement price etc means) Do you think it is useful?
