Anyone that gets their L3+ September 21-30 batch order shipped please let us know here - Thx.
Not yet. Ordered mine on July 6th, waiting for shipping confirmation. Hope it's tomorrow and not the 30th!

Received my order this morning.

Like UPS came by!? No........ I'm so jealous. You must have paid in crypto rather than wire transfer. It must be first paid first ship so while they took time to confirm I got lower on the list Tongue

Paste your tracking No. I cant wait to get mine!
Still haven't gotten marked "shipping" or "shipping" on a Sept 13-20 batch. Bitmain's so FUBAR.

Wait so they aren't finished with prev batch yet? I'm confused I was under the impression - btcapollo - was a late Sept. batch delivery. That would really suck if they are behind I'm really anticipating mine.

Still no word on my Sept 21st to 30th batch.  I'm thinking it's going to be more towards the 30th.

Shipping via FedEx.

I need a bit of help:

1.how the hell do you setup your miner's name?
- I want to set it up for nicehash
- I found nothing related inside the miner's own dashboard...

2.one of the boards has given 13 HW in 12 hours.
as far as I know HW means hardware error.
is that normal? the other boards have zero HW

thanks.

If you got only 1 miner you simply enter the stratum and under username your NH user address (the BTC address)

If you run multiple miners on the same address, you can enter a  ( . ) dot behind your BTC address in the user field and add a number behind the dot.

HW is shown on board where single chips might have a problem. I had one board with 100+ HW per hour and once the chip got burned it normalized itself. It is a bad indicator if your Board is faulty or just a single chip.  Just keep an eye on the temps. Nothing more you can do

No need to really worry about if it's not over 1k HW.

I know it sucks. If you look on the website on the products pages, there is a disclaimer that says the "shipping dates posted" can be off by 10 days. So when they say that window of Sept 13-20, it could be as late as the 30th by that estimate. I suspect they are a little behind because they just got done shipping out giant loads of D3's. LOL!!

That 1st question is a bit tricky because NH does it different than all the rest due to the fact that you're not mining your machine. Your selling your hash rate. In the "username" you need to enter the BTC wallet address they give you on your Dashboard page. Goofy I know. HW errors are not a problem as long as your "ASIC status" is all 0000000's.

You should be asking the question if it is worth $2280 now... Let alone $4000...  Roll Eyes

Time to plug the numbers in and see what the ROI time frame is and then decide.  Right now we are getting close to a year ROI at Bitmains last price plus PSU and shipping costs included and that time is growing as diff is climbing and values are falling.  I hate seeing people get ripped off, but you can only lead a horse to water, but you can't making him drink...

Man brother....You're the only poster on this forum that is singing in chorus with me. Preach it. I see we're wasting our time, but if we wake one Rip Van Winkle up then it's worth it. People are just diving off the lemming cliff with big smiles on their faces while they suicide themselves. I hate seeing these poor bastards get ripped off too, but as I've been saying.....the only thing people hate more than poetry, is the truth.

Yes you are right but he wrote december batch anc i wrote now 4000usd if you want to buy there are too many websites. Yes diff is climbing and values are falling also gpus the same. If yoh search coins which one is worthy and you can mine. You can also mine scrypt or other algorithm which one is worthy to mine. But they want 10000usd for d3 and its not good price to buy and roi time will be maybe 2 years

I highly doubt you will ever get an ROI on a 10k D3.   If you buy DASH with that money you will be better off. Besides the electricity costs, hosting (if you go colo) taxes from mining you need to calculate in, there is no way you will produce the same amount of crypto you could buy right now.

If you calculate just for daily Dollar income, you probably still don't ROI on it.

But yet again, if I had a D3 and someone would buy it for 10k I would sell it to them without loosing sleep over it lol

Quite a lot of this. Once Bitcoin topped 5000 USD I calculated that with all the btc I bought to buy gridseed miners and invest in ltcgear, I could've bought quite a nice small apartment from the profits by now. Especially with this new Chinese corporation starting a huge mining farm, it's a very big risk that you'll even make the money back for any investment.

Mining is inherently risky in itself anyways, a reason why a lot of people with even cheap electricity just opt for straight up HODLing or small volume trading. Scalping is also why I try to buy one of each new Bitmain product each time one comes out- you can make quite a lot that way Smiley

Yep, scalping is how old timers make money nowadays. I tried to warn people of overpriced miners way before the drop, but no one would listen. 4k for L3+, then 4.5k, then 5k. finally I said fuck it and sold 20 of my July batch for 4k each. Now the price drop and people are pissed. They forgot how much they thanked me when I sold my miners to them. They told me I just made them rich, And that they are gonna buy nice things for their families..........sigh.........the hubris is unbelieveable.

No one is pissed that the prices dropped. It's simply the nature of crypto. Just because it's down today doesn't mean it won't be up tomorrow. The only people that should be pissed are the people that couldnt and/or can't get their hands on an L3+.
