What happened on mine (and just realized it was a brand new one just got in 10 days ago) was the item pulled away from the motherboard completely. Just fell off. Piss poor workmanship all done by computers.
90 days of Warrenty: If your antminer damaged during the warrenty, just ship back the units and we replace you a new ones. Business plans/proporals, custom service and RMA request: info@bitmaintech.comMight be worth a try too , seems like such a waste , parts won't get you much of your money back.

Good thing I only logged in here today to get to my Bitcointalk watchlist :-) For awhile there I thought I had fallen through a black hole and ended up in an alternate universe. Someone please complain about the reported hash rate or something just to assure me I've managed to find my way back.

Someone please complain about the reported hash rate or something just to assure me I've managed to find my way back. Not yet, but you are close ... We are at 1.5PH and still our monthly luck is 95%. If it is not fixed any time soon I am moving my 3PH miner away from this pool

I'm off to Vegas once I have the answer.

You've been around long enough to know you'll check back at the pool and cry about all the blocks you missed the moment you leave.

actually, our luck is being pretty consistent. BTCguild's is about the same as ours.
size doesn't matter.

I just got a Dragon 1 Ths miner and I'm struggling to get it to work here. My Avalon works fine. The Dragon works fine at Guild. I have a feeling this is a minimum difficulty setting as Guild allows me to set 1024 which lets the miner work. There is no such setting at Slush though. Any other Dragon miners got their machines running here?

Not a Dragon miner, but if you use a proxy, you may be able to trick the pool to keep higher diff (between restarts) - make sure you put login details in the proxy instead of the miner (see -cu -cp)

There is no such setting at Slush though. [...] I have a CoinTerra running at Slush's pool, and it does suck for a little bit when it starts up at a difficulty of 3. But it doesn't take very long for it to vardiff itself up to 1100 or 1200. Is vardiff not working for you? Is that the problem you're seeing, or is it some other connection problem?

Some miners are sensitive to the network delays and submitting several shares per second is causing them to fail getting to higher diff - had the same problem some time ago and using proxy to keep the diff between (few) restarts helped me to 'climb' to higher diff where the miner is already happy to continue
