So it has been over a week since my ANC withdrawals "processed" yet I still have no coins. I have submitted multiple tickets to support, but they couldn't be more useless. This is a lot of money for me and I see that this is a problem a lot of people are having. Has anyone actually gotten their coins yet?

my first issue is as of 6/26, yesterday I tried to withdraw again... same problem
nothing has been resolved. all withdrawals still stuck, damn cryptsy
we should open a specific thread on this issue, and insult those assholes.. apparently it works.

Strange how it varies. I withdrew well over 1000 ANC around the same time and got them four days later without ever posting a ticket.

I bought some on june 23 and had no problem too. Then I bought some 3 days later and they still have not arrived. Looking at the price chart on cryptsy, the problem developed just as the price was starting to spike.

The previous post by bigvern that 'anoncoin withdrawals have been fixed' was on june 20. From the 20th to the 23rd or so the price was flat, then as the price started to jump the problem developed again. So people were moving money in to buy anoncoin, only to find out over the next week or so they could not withdraw it, so price drops again. Anyone at cryptsy who knew about the problem realtime could have made a bunch of money buying on june 20 then selling after the problem developed again.

It would be interesting to find out if any cryptsy employees bought anc from the 20th to about the 23rd then sold it several days later.

I was thinking the same, but I hope that is not like that, or example someone who do not want ANC price up, like DRK fans,
have something with our problem  Smiley

I am having a wierd problem with the Anoncoin client that I hope someone can help me with. In short, about a week ago, the client stopped synching with the network. In looking at the debug.log file, there a lots of errors like the following:

Due to all this cryptsy mess, i have send a short email to bittrex.com, and they replied that they would add Anoncoin if there will be a community effort on twitter @BittrexExchange or per email. Let's make this happen! Bittrex has a lot of Bitcoin volume, so if the zerocoin implemention tests will succeed, the price and the awareness of the coin will raise.

anoncoin is now over 1 year old, and it has torimplementation from the beginning. Besides, any coin network can run over tornetwork just by writing the tornode into the conf file.... Another announcement you might consider: http://www.dailydot.com/business/tor-hackers-break/

Does anyone know if they actually implemented Zerocoin like they claim? And if this is the torcoin that has recently been discussed to incentivize running tor relays, or is this just another coin with the same name?

As for the withdrawal issue, lets just keep each other posted. I still have no coins. What worries me is that the test withdrawal of 0.9 ANC on the same day went through, while the large amount afterwards has not. Seems to me like this isn't as arbitrary as they are claiming it is.

I'm not.

Most people mining alt coins are dumping for BTC. I wouldn't want to get burned mining the wrong coin. It's a gamble. That's probably why I don't mine anymore. It is too much work and maintenance.

That article scares the shit out of me... I guess I'm an extremist according to the NSA. Oh well, I've drunk-dialed the White House a handful of times to tell 'em what's on my mind. LOL!!! Last time, I DEMANDED the release of Chelsea Manning. Yea, they've probably got an extensive file on my behind.
The hackers involved in this are cheap sell-out traitors, if you ask me.

I honestly am not sure to tell you the truth.

As far as the withdrawal issue... 6 days now, submitted 3 tickets, & I've still got 78 Anoncoins floating around in limbo. I had no trouble at all the last few times. If they don't show up by tomorrow, I'm gonna start hammering them with ticket after ticket until I get my coins!

I hear ya, I bought a nice gaming rig on craigslist for the purpose of mining. A couple months later, it became almost obsolete. For now, I mine piddly-shit coins & keep my fingers crossed. I may make some upgrades to it & add a few new graphics cards, but right now I mostly hire other miners on Ebay.

What the hackers seem to be saying is "the nsa has penetrated tor, so take precautions".

Would you rather they didn't say that?

The various govts in any part of the world have shown again and again and again and again that the individual is never on the cutting edge of technology against any group.

Remember in the book 1984 where the protagonist hid the real secrets.

Oh yes, one of my favorite books (aside from anything David Icke has ever written). I got the impression that they were trying to prove the NSA were incompetent. I could be wrong... we shall see.
Personally I think they are whoring themselves out in order to get high paying government contracts. That's merely speculation though.
I totally see what you're saying though. I hope you are right & not me.

Haha tried that already...it seems that if you open up other tickets for the same issue they automatically close them without contacting you. And when I confronted them about it support got all sassy with me telling me that they've already apologized and sent it to tech support and I just need to wait.

we should open a specific thread on this issue, and insult those assholes.. apparently it works.

I think that we, as a community, should switch en masse to Bluetrade: https://bleutrade.com/

The volume there is very low, so what if we all do the following?

For each bid or sell order that you place with Cryptsy, consider placing the same order at Bluetrade for about 1/4 of the amount.

As soon as there is a critical volume, people will naturally switch.

Like I wrote few days before, I signed up on bluetrade, and 1st time in my life I get warning that someone try to sign in into my mail..
I can not be sure that this have connection with bluetrade!

There is no volume on any coin there, even DRK do not have volume   Grin

It is good to discuss and maybe we "all" can agree and go to another exchanges.
If/when price go up, cryptsy will do their job..

And all other exchanges will have ANC  with good volume!!

in this case this is your problem wich you have to solve. by closing ur eyes you wont find out why it happend. ask their support, maybe the email you used can be accessed by others aswell.

one of my favorite books (aside from anything David Icke has ever written).

Okay, I get your name now.

I have spent enough time with europeans to recognize how certain ideas are presented and also have studied enough probably of psychological archetypes etc to see the general points icke has to allude to discreetly.

Certainly western societies have had a lot of jewish influence in recent centuries, and a person could argue whether that influence has been benign or malignant or other. It is ironic that in our societies today non jews who want to criticize 'jewish influence' must speak in veiled ways or risk ostracism and worse. Ironic because jews and many other groups have had to live that way elsewhere in times past. Since I'm jewish I won't take either side, pro or con icke, but I do wish for a world where anyone can say anything without worrying about repercussions, but where also every person has the means to defend him or herself against those group creatures, the true 'reptilians', who use group force of any kind, including economic, to intimidate or harm individuals.

Altcoins are a step in the right direction but even if there were no rothschilds, illuminati, etc, it always comes back to the individual vs the group. Anyone who doesn't understand that distinction is dangerous. It is a shame that many of the most unethical groups in the world are led by reptilians who are jewish /edit to add / ,christian, muslim whatever.

I have to respectfully disagree that Icke is is not discreetly alluding to Jews when he speaks of reptilians. Although he does criticize Zionism openly (which is another form of Nationalism, i.e... group-think), that is completely different than Judaism.
Other than that, I completely agree with on everything else you just said.
And yes, altcoins are definately a step in the right direction... especially those that focus on anonymity. Since the Illuminati bankers are all over Bitcoin, we do need some better alternatives... like this coin!  Grin

"Send an email to bittrex to add Anoncoin. (self.Anoncoin)
submitted 1 day ago by Jarocco
Hi, i send a request to bittrex to add Anoncoin. They replied that there has to be some effort from the community to add the coin, so twitter or write an email at bittrex to get this done. Cryptsy withdrawals take days! With the test implementation of zerocoin and the volume at bittrex, this could push the price and the awareness of the coin."

This is only a copy paste from the reddit section; if you have 2 minutes, just write/tweet/anything else to push bittrex to add anoncoin.

Not even real jews support zionism, but among non jews criticism of zionism is easy to confuse with criticism of jews, so when someone does it to a mass audience, i.e. since most people don't understand the distinction, that person does not get the benefit of any doubt unless they are clear about it. I may research it more or i may not.

Still there is domething fishy about icke theology.

Very true, have you read any of Gilad Atzmon's books or articles? He's a Jewish anti-Zionist... I highly recommend his book "The Wandering Who?"

Seems like we agree on most things... except Icke's writings. He is extremely clear on his views of racism of any kind being completely despicable.
I actually got to check out his lecture in NYC a couple years back... 10+ hours, man that dude can talk! Ended up missing the bus back to Boston.

.

On further research, you are probably a little closer to the truth with your original point than I was in the response.

The two presenters are academics at carnegie mellon cert, which is federally funded and basically govt run.  So it is also very likely that their paper will be used to solicit an increase in grants from the nsa and any other agencies that fund them.

Somehow I missed this post earlier, I had the same debate with one of the IT guys at work. He claims that many hackers do things like this for the sole purpose of proving that they can do it. That may very well be true, although I did not know about their Carnegie Mellon connection. Either way, the NSA certainly has more money to throw around than the folks behind Tor.
At any rate, it's a game... these jerks crack it, someone else will add a few more layers to the onion... no pun intended (okay, it was intended)!

Litecoinlocal.org has added an ANC/LTC pairing.

It really should be paired with BTC only, in my opinion. ANC is too valuable for the LTC market. Kittehcoin just entered the LTC market & it's killing them.

Thanks,
But at this point I'm losing faith. I used to love trading on Cryptsy... but this is the second time I've had a problem with ANC. The first time it took 3 days... this time, it's a week & it seems my coins have disappeared with no explanation as to why.

I went to their stupid ticket site & followed up with this:

"I'll give it 2 days... then consider it a loss. If that happens, I will stop trading on Cryptsy. This had gone beyond ridiculous. I cannot even get a straight answer as to why this is occurring."

I bet Zionist lizards have something to do with it! "joke"  Tongue
