There is no website of any kind that I have seen offline or unreachable as much as anoncoin site. In my country, many countries, governments act to discredit sites that seem to support certain themes. If there is one individual who has been sabotaging the site from within, the person should be given a different responsibility. Not to say that person was placed on anoncoin for the purpose of sabotage, just trying to offer some common sense. I think , in most of the cases site is unstable, good thing what I noticed is that firefox now allow to connect normal, before was asking to confirm the risk and etc. My comment was probably inappropriate. But the fact remains There is no website of any kind that I have seen offline or unreachable as much as anoncoin site.The problem has been for some time now. Some websites have problems for a day, week. Anoncoin will have a bad security certificate, then a few weeks later a problem with some database, then another problem. Then another. Comment is justified, I agree with you. We waited few months for some changes on site, and before week or two that was happened. It is not major problem, but is good to not have that problems at all. |

Glad to hear from you meeh ...hope you had a great birthday party!!  Was wondering what problems there were with running the pre-release on XP-SP3? Paths I would assume, sure would like to do a test drive, yet XP is as far as I've ever gotten using Micky, was thinking of doing a clean test install and document what happens and seems to be the problems....would that help or be a waste of time? Thanks a lot! Does it work on XP-SP3? I just noticed that on my XP VM, the OpenJDK didn't launch. But the whitespace/path problem is fixed, so it ain't it. Haven't had time to look into it, but hopefully I will do it today/tonight. |

FUCK php5-fpm, it's our odd secret retarded problem. HHVM doesn't currently support the mainpage so unfortunally we can't change the backend. Forum and wiki runs on HHVM however fine, without any problems so far.
We will develop a new site. I will make sure it's prio, and try make some other do it so it goes faster. I will pay etc ofc.
More or less, FUCK PHP. Plaintext, Django/Flask (Python) and Rails (Ruby) projects are welcome! Even C++ CGI, welcome!

It is almost certain that from the time the anon logo appeared several agencies began watching full time. The NSA is not a problem so long as they don't find out about the xfield project hidden within anoncoin. But they will never find out the details of xfield or the other secret projects. |

It provided a new service no one else had even thought about and took the first real step past bitcoin. All very quietly with no promotion, yet people noticed. Now it's main claim to fame is that it is trying to become one more of the dozens of anonymous coins. And people pretty much ignore. Are they ignoring because there is not enough hype? Despite the bullshit about it possibly becoming the first truly anonymous coin, and it is bullshit, anoncoin still has potential that most other coins do not. If you really support this coin you will not support hyping it. Rather you will look at each development and ask whether it is a real step or just hype. When I see people supporting too much hype in a coin I have to exit that coin. Anoncoin is one of the first coins I had and I do not want to quit it. coinpayments.net = bullshit first 100% anonymous coin = bullshit pump the coin on twitter = bullshit solid experienced devs = substance improvements in anonymity as they are developed = substance a history of trying to avoid becoming a bullshit coin = substance Which direction for anoncoin? |
