That scammy c*** ONLY got lucky on a big spike in BTC price as I AM SURE you remember. That being said as I recall refunds didn't actually start until the rise in price. If coin price hadn't risen 10 fold bASIC would not have been able to refund everyone period. He got lucky, that doesn't mean he wasn't a scamming lying piece of shit like the rest IMO.

If coin price hadn't risen 10 fold bASIC would not have been able to refund everyone period. He got lucky, that doesn't mean he wasn't a scamming lying piece of shit like the rest IMO. Probably but he was brave enough to admit that US marketing skills are not enough to make ASIC after two week of delays only However if bASIC was following BFL model with constant lies they would be able to deliver something after 5 months or so Famous Monarch thread or BFL fucks us over again Besides buzdave was bASIC spoksman buy that time which is some sort of proof that they were trying to do something. But they were fucked by Chinese brothers as always "That scammy c*** ONLY" as you called him just did not have enough nervs to stand the pressure and to continue with lies that is all However when buzdave moved to bitfry and real ENGINEERING team he became a millionaire just for half year. That is the major difference between marketing and engineering. To be a millionaire marketing skills are needed for sure but without good engineers nothing happens in bitcoin world What about AMT? if they failed i am pretty sure that no matter of BTC spikes no one will see a single cent of refunds. Besides they do have Chips for 3 months (designed by innosilicon) and PCB designs(Bitmine most probably) including their own 4 chip famous design - proved to be lie and not working;D They need just to solve 2+2=4. But even that simple math is far more ahead of their top engineering and manufacturing skills But their marketing and lying skills are a class No doubt PS: after typing all that i am wandering if i shall start that pre order shit it seems very easy. The only thing you need is to be a good lair that is all Oh i forgot and BFL Sony lawyers also

We need a company that produces ASIC, but doesn't take preorders. That's the problem here. There's an old philosophical principle: You cannot give what you haven't got. Avalon does that now. And I respect them for that.

How long has it said shipped? We may be on to something here. Being that you're in the first batch and have an order marked shipped, AMT might finally be delivering.

I'm waiting 48 hours before I proceed with legal action. It's the least I can do.
Keep us posted! I have requested a refund. If my request is not honored, I'm going to small claims court. No lawyer required. I doubt they want to spend their time battling out in small claims court with every customer. I hate to say it, but it sounds like you have WAY too much faith in the system. You should go back a few pages and read about AMT's business licensing (or lack thereof): I have a feeling it might be hard to nail these guys down, as their locations, business registrations, people involved --- it's just a long complicated rabbit hole. We need to act soon. By the time everyone gets their shit together, I have a feeling that Joshua Zipkin will be back in Bulgaria (if he's not ALREADY there) with the money. Then what will we do? Have him extradited to the U.S?

What a shocker. For mother fucking sakes, it is beyond me how fucking stupid people can be. I'm sure a crew of geniuses who bought into this shit will be able to figure out how to get their money back.

Don't forget, a few purchases are from guys working for the government. This will not go good for AMT if those guys get burned. (Not that I think they will.) I, myself, do not work for the government. However, both my parents do. One for the Navy, one for the IRS. Both have also worked for the US-Postal service at times. (Ok, the postal-service is not a horribly strong entity, but it is protected/run by the federal government.) This will be an interesting few weeks ahead. Remember, they have been operating for years from the same location. I am sure that if something was honestly askew, they would have been busted by now. Scammers usually don't operate from the same location for years. They move around, to avoid capture. They usually don't dig down and root themselves to one location, for easy capture. Bitmine.ch (Coincraft) is having similar design issues. That too, is also curbing my advancement on moving forward for a refund. I made a purchase to get a machine. If I wanted to just hold my coins, I would have just held them. We all would have. If I were them, I would give the refunds, just because the people buying machines now, are buying 1.2THs machines, without the bonus-boards. They would be saving themselves from having to throw bonus-boards into your orders, and buying more time to build that machine. Since the new-order that would be your actual refund, would be a lot-higher number in the list. Not only that, but it gets our orders bumped-up on the list. That's my business-outlook. P.S. No need to figure-out how to make the extra 6th bonus board work in that one case... Just send us two cases with 3 modules each... Works for me! (Rather than 6 inside one case.) Also gets rid of your smaller PSU's that you have laying around. I'll still wait for the other design, if you have that coming. I'll take a 2.4THs unit with less modules, so it matches the 1.5THs bonus. P.P.S. Sell upgrade modules separately. I'll Fill the missing spaces if you do that. Instant future sales! P.P.P.S. Are you making sure there is an adequate +5v load on the PSUs? Without that, some PSUs can't regulate the +12v rail correctly. Might be the source of some of your power issues. (A 5W wire-wound resistor or just try using an old CD-Drive for a load on +5v. That will put a load on the +5v rail for the PSU. To test it.) If that is the issue, buy some 5v fans for cooling. 1A worth, instead of 12v fans. That or a 5v light for inside the case.

Maybe they can give the bonus board and forget the case! Do it the BitMine way! The only saving grace at this time is that if they deliver by next week, the units will fetch more than $6,000 on eBay. If they don't ship this Month, then consider a 50% loss on the original investment.
