And if they issued a refund as of the 4th (and that is a big if) check wouldn't have gone in the mail until at least the 5th. Then you're looking about 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. so forget any saturdays and sundays.
This comes from a guy who has to issue refunds by check as part of his job (me by the way). And that is from a very large retailer who has their act together(ish) if you ignore the giant credit card theft my company just went through. 

These guys are amateurs obviously they could have started processing it that day and not got the check in the mail for a few days.

Now I'm not saying this is the case before you start crying any more. I'm just saying it a possibility. But I would say you're likely fucked with their track record.

They can save face by using AMT rev 3.0 boards and shipping those to customers.

They can beg Bitmine to ship their complete units directlry to AMT customers.

I totaled my sister's car on March 1, 2014, due to slamming into another car that crossed the center line due to ice. On March 6, Progressive called my sister about 1:00 PM CST and told her that the adjuster looked at the car and offered her a settlement. After a brief exchange, they up the amount a tad, then told her the check was going in the mail that day. She received the check the very next day, the 7th. The check was set from California to Illinois.

I put the percentage at 30% that they deliver and can sell the miner.   15% that they deliver and you get an ROI.  

You seem to only work with black and white.  That is, they are either a scam or they are not a scam.  You also act in a way that does not lead to any favorable results.   My point is... you are clueless on what to do.

What value does it have to continue to smear AMT?  All it does it make it very difficult for the company to deliver anything.
