And now I'm pretty sure you are just trolling me because you don't have anything to do. It's alright though, I don't have anything else either until my psychiatrist says I can go back to work. Damn PTSD and depression.

This is a "great" read... Not enough time in the world to read this...

Does anybody know when the 1.2 machines will be shipped ?

I ordered 3 months ago and AMT customer service pisses me off more than the forum .... any ideas ?  No nonsense please

none. get your money back as fast as you can.

I intend to coarsen. I want stark contrasts drawn. I want polarization. I will not quietly accept stateism so as not to upset anyone. I am not tolerant of our impending and increasing slavery.

Let me put it this way. If you have nothing to do while waiting, you have time to read this thread. And Knc's.

They've been shipping next week for a couple months on the A1's, and significantly longer than that on the bitfury units. The target keeps moving. I think they'll eventually deliver. I would not place any sort of bet on when.

I think we've seen the guts of about two miners? I figure they will ship at a rate of about 1.5 units a week, placing my order somewhere in the 2020's But just think about what kind of upgrade I'll get with the Miner Protection plan.

CEX.io has a GH going for about $9.97 and falling pretty fast over the last few days. I was looking and it it manages to get down to about $4 bucks there is  a bit of profit to be made. I mean obviously you'll not have the equipment unless you cash the GH in for them. But 1th for 4k isn't anything to sneeze at for the short term. THen have them send you the hardware and you can mine the alt coins.

If I still had my initial investment it's a way I'd consider.

Appears that Bitmine.ch has a Revision 3 board:

Take note of the number of A1 chips on this board.  The previous version (which I believe AMT uses) has 8 chips, this one has twelve.

Compare this with a photo of the AMT board:

My suspicion is that the Bitmine.ch revision 2.0 boards had issues and caused delays for both Bitmine.ch and AMT.

Well I am not sure if they will use this design since they claim to have their own design for their newer systems.

Lots of drama in this space!

Appears that Innosilicon is claiming the IP for the coincraft A1 chips!!

http://www.innosilicon.com/

Innosilicon is proudly announcing that BitMine AG, a leading bitcoin mining system supplier, has licensed its ultra low power Hash IP Core for production at GF 28nm HPP process. This IP is designed from scratch using patent pending, customized VLSI computational Marco cells developed to squeeze the best possible power efficiency in 28nm. Its ultra high power efficiency and thermal reliability allows BitMine AG to pack just the right amount of innovative hash horse power inside a A1 CoinCraft ASIC. The availability of this 28nm hardened IP core instantly raised the bar in a crowded 28nm bitcoin mining ASIC field.

In short the core comes from innosilicon, and they are shipping to others:

Furthermore,  Chinese manufacturers are shipping!!  http://www.jtminer.com/

Also,  coincraft desk old (right) and new (left)

Which absolutely confirms that AMT is using Bitmine.ch desgins.

Miner Protection Plan.....  LOL!!!  good luck with that.  you keep tellin' yourself they'll honor it.  I brought it up 3 times when i actually had their attention, only to be completely ignored.  Other subjects in same email were addressed, but MPP was completely sidestepped.

I would think 7 weeks to deliver an 80GH rig would definitely fall under the "no chance to ROI due to delays by AMT" category.  but no mention of it.  I'm surprised they still keep that on their site.  Probably there as a hook, to make you think they'll make good on overly delayed miners.
