Update on Bitcoin Cash: Balances Credited, Trading Launched

Dear users, we thank you for the patience and understanding regarding the launch of Bitcoin Cash.
Today we are glad to tell that you can now see your BCH balances on CEX.IO. Bitcoin Cash trading has also been launched and we welcome you to take advantage of it.
Deposits and withdrawals for BCH are not active yet, but will soon be enabled.
You can find more info on our blog.

I don't see my BCH balance in my account. I had around 0.013 BTC in my account on 31-1st August and hence I should be receiving equivalent BCH, right? Or is there some other issue which is why my account wasn't credited?

ATTENTION!!!!


I was good at this site, until in the flesh to date, I started to enter amounts of more than $ 1000, a few days earlier I sold out there for a little less than $ 10,000, decided to withdraw them from the account on their bank cards and then not accustomed to limits, I receive deviations! Then I'll have to write reviews on everything that is painful with this platform!
1- I do not respond to support, I go for verification on higher verification steps, and they just do not answer my requests
2- I do not answer support and my problem with the conclusion, if she also will answer that her money I can get faster from them through the court than they will answer me
3- The withdrawal of $ is frozen, that is, what belongs to me, the owners of the exchange do not profit me, and they earn them without my consent.

Here's the message from the support auto:
Your request (300690) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. We kindly request for your patience while your request is checked and surely a support team member will get back to you.
You can reply directly to this email.

Dear representatives of CEX, if you are in fact a serious company and stock exchange, solve my problem urgently, I wait for more than a month for all my requests, if you respond to me by my means and withdrawal in the same way, then it's simply impossible to work on your stock exchange, Otherwise it's not work !!!! Let everyone see how you quickly solve problems, in this topic! As you solve my problem, I'll write it off here, and all the others see how support works !!!!

You reject all requests for withdrawal, you do not allow to pass verification higher than the minimum tariffs !!!! How to work on your site if you can not make a problem without a conclusion even $ 10,000. This is the minimum amount of my transactions, and what if I want to work with higher amounts on your site Huh?? I recommend everyone to look after with my question quickly not decided by representatives!

As we can see it was rejected by the external system, it might be your bank. Please contact your bank in order to get the details.
Also, kindly ask you to check if there are any limitations on your card and if payments to/from cex.io are allowed with your card.

Why are you deceiving !!! I contacted my bank, I was checked and answered that no requests were postpal to replenish the cards .... I took the third card and it is not added to you and writes that it is rejected !!! What a disgrace, urgently decide what the problem is or if you voice some of the out-of-the-board tariffs on your site, I'm not used to the limit, but my account has lost the ability to display maps! Decide urgently !!!

Support immediately said that it's because my account is not Verified, after that they have been just ignoring my messages.
I have provided all verification documents on 7th of July, which is more then a month(!!) ago.
I have made deposit of bitcoin and cash withdrawal before I got verification request.
It is really frustrating since I don't have access to my coins for almost 3 weeks now  Angry
Please solve my issue

Have the on going issue with account access I have been trying to get resolved for a long time. Since changing my mobile phone number I have not been able to access my account. I have provided you with all the details you requested and can't get any response from customer support.  Please could you get this sorted I just keep getting ignored. I first joined in 2013 and haven't managed access since 2014. My user name and password still works but can't get the text on my new phone number. Please help. I don't won't to loose faith in cex.io..

I want to warn other customers about requests that you may get while using this exchange.
I requested my bitcoin back(which is less then 1btc if you are curious), and hope it will take them less then a month to respond to my request.

unfortunately this often happens at various exchanges. Also Bitstamp is asking these and more "KYC" questions...

I hope you will lower needed deposit confirmations for BCH soon and also the withdrawal fee...

They asked for documents. I provided everything they asked for, and in a month I'm getting a request for more documents, while having no access to bitcoins that I have deposited. This is totally excellent service
