Do you have problems with EURO withdrawals at the moment?
I have three completed withdrawals, which were not in my bank account yet. Two from 21st and one from 22nd.
All previous withdrawals were at my bank account without problems one day after I got your "funds removed" mail.

If the money is not here in 3 hours, I will write a support ticket, but maybe you can answer it.

@Serpens66   No criticism or hatred but I would suggest to write to support in this case. Such issues about $$ are not good to be discussed in public...

It just my opinion. I had a deposit pending for a couple of hours and I wrote to support and they could not help me but they diverted the ticket to finance department(Not sure if they really did) but some Mary helped me instantly...

I wrote here because it could be a general withdraw problem, but Cex answered it is not, so okay.
Of course I already wrote a ticket and it was redirected to the finance department.

@Cex: Still no answer from your finance department since 20 hours now. Do they work on weekend?
It is very frustrating that the withdrawals did not arrived before weekend (= took more than 3 businessdays). That's why I want to know the reason to make sure it won't happen again... like I said, all previous withdrawals were very fast, that's why I presume there was an issue this time.
I'm posting this here to get info, how long I have to wait until I get an answer from the finance department.

Cloud Mining is no longer avaiable on cex.io from month now due to the value drop of btc last year, but i think you can still trade ghs

I'm not that familiar with the API terms... websocket does mean it is for read access only, right? So I can place no orders or simular with this?

I have a big big problem with your low call limit of your trade API. 600 calls in 10 minutes is much too less. I would like to have at least 5 buys and 5 bid orders at your orderbook and monitoring them all the time and change the price as bitcoin price elsewhere moves.  But this is not possible with 600 calls. I just can place 2 buys and 2 bids.

So how to get more calls? Can I use the websocket API to get orderbook information, to save a call at trade API ?

You will be notified about activity of your account. If you subscribe to a placed order, you will get notified when it is fulfilled, and this notification will appear among other notifications.

You can use this formula:

1GHS Reward = ((25 * BLOCKS24HRS) / (POOL PHS * 1000000)) - ((0.105 * 12 / 365) /BTCPRICE)



To find BLOCKS24HRS add up blocks for at least the last 10 days, then divide by 10. For a better average try 30 days /30.

This formula will give you the average reward per GHS

Currently this is the result: (Based on 10 day average)

Serpens66, it seems like this problem is individual, so please try out clearing cookies/cache. Let us know if your experience any other issues.
