Thanks for your interest.  The Dispatch protocol has moved beyond a blockchain to its own consensus algorithm, Delegated Asynchronous Proof of Stake (DAPoS).  This helps make Dispatch have faster transaction times.

If you are looking for a more traditional bounty campaign, unfortunately we are still deciding if that is the right course of action for us to take given that we are a US company and we have to remain compliant with the SEC.  In regards to any sort of bounty campaign, we will make our announcement here when we finally decide.
