Hi Roxy,
I am sure you are all learning a lot .....no pain no gain.
But to help you understand the US Consumer and expecially with an item like this that has a quickly decling value......
A partial refund is in order.....OR a very attractive discount on additional units. OR more importantly you can do like the other manufacturers and add hashing power to compensate.
I was able to see that there were orders for this before 1/1/2013 in the amount of $1000 ....so it would appear you have the room to make some accommodations.
I am making my first purchase on ASICs...
I ordered two with Paypal and two with BTC
And you accidently canceled my Paypal order on 1/8 because you english was a little poor and I had to resubmit.....and I suspect I have now slipped on the ship list.
Appreciate you prompt reply.
On crisis management.......stepping up to the plate with either a partial refund OR you can add hashing power to compensate buyers for lost hashing time.
This is an opportunity to buy customer loyalty on make a bad siutation good. I hope you have people with vision......and sieze this opportunity.
Thank you for you prompt reply
I would ask that in an email if you have not done so already. I have always received a reply.

I should add to the board on their credibiity
That they refunded the Paypal payment I made ...in a mis communication that I meant to use BTC....Actually the BTC was for another 2 miners
So they did refund the paypal payment.....who would do that who was running a scam.
The fact they accidently canceled my order is another language issue.

Not sure if it applies to you or not but worth taking a look maybe. *Edit: I see you just posted that you got it working somewhat.

Scammer is a strong word. I don't think anyone has lost money in this deal. I know for a fact that we are loosing money because we have not received the miners. Compared to the other manufactures they are not taking months. I hope you get your money back because once you get your refund you no longer got scammed. We were lied to but was not defrauded of money. If Amazon shipped you something late do you go and tell everyone you know that they are a fraudulent? I trust me I feel your pain I am broke and ordered one of the machines. Just be carefull before no one takes yor posts seriously.

Admitted to LYING about his stated availability of a product. That is a crime in many countries and He used KNOWN fraudulent statements in order to DEFRAUD consumers of money or gains (BTC GAINS) and in order to personally profit from the ALLEGED FRAUD. So SCAMMER may be a strong word. FELON may be more accurate. CON ARTIST? THEIF? CRIMINAL? I'm not making this up. Look through the posts. The OP admitted to WILLFULLY DEFRAUDING customers. To making FALSE PROMISES. To taking money under FALSE PRETENSE. At least BFL and HashFast can stand behind their vaugue legal terminology and never openly admit to anything intentional or willful. The OP did ADMIT. The refund would have cost him nothing. There really hasn't even been a price flux since the beginning of the month. I'll gladly replace each of these posts with (OP provided a full refund) if a refund is provided. Sounds good let us know when you asked for the refund and when you get the refund. But at this moment they have not cheated you out of money. The second you receive nothing and do not get your money back you have my full support. The fact of the matter is they are resolving the issues they created. Please show me someone that ordered and lost money with this company. Like you I purchased because it was cheap. If it I was service you were concerned with then price should have not been an issue eBay has a lot of 200gh/s in hand at 3,999 each.

The fact that you feel the need to use caps for various key words just highlights your desperation to make others believe. You are making a mountain out of a molehill. Hopefully you get your refund and we can move on.

So has anyone figured out how to run these with a single higher wattage psu? What are the power connections needed? I have a few 1000w and one 1200w psu sitting around.

Well, I just blew the breaker box in my apt running ONE of these things (plus a microwave). I have two. I'm probably going to sell them because I don't have anywhere to plug them in. I'm planning to ask around tomorrow to see if people have the power, space, and love the sound of loud vacuums, but you really need to be on top of these things for when they inevitably go down. I'll post a sale listing after I get them both up and hashing at 220-240Gh/s. Don't mind selling them, but HATE the idea of losing so much while they sit idle
