Servers are going thru some updates, so stats may differ. From earlier PW post: "Other pieces of wafflepool, when getting upgraded (master database), will bring everything to a halt for a short time. Ideally I'll have a much better idea of how long it will take as we get closer, but early guesses are about an hour, maybe two. I'm currently working on a system that may make us be able to mine during that cutover, but I'm not 100% sure yet. One of two things will happen during the database upgrade. Either 1) Everything will be turned off for that hour (mining as well) and you'll failover to your backup pool. Or 2) We'll keep mining up by logging everything to an extra logging server (shares, blocks, etc), and process it back in when the new master database is up and running." So guess when update is finished, stats should be corrected.

Been hammering away on it for the last 6 hours straight. Think the new box is stable (had some early issues), and am slowly moving traffic over to the new box right now.

And of course, just by saying that, I've jinx'd myself and it will go back into downward spiral mode. If you switch back, you'll likely see a disconnect here and there (every 15-30min or so?) when I'm actively tweaking settings for the new servers, but it shouldn't affect performance.

better kill you and your whole family who are wasting h20 I think he was abruptly suggesting that reading the thread would explain what you're seeing there. What you're seeing is something called "Variance" and is completely normal. A cursory search around (this thread or many others) will explain it thoroughly

Wafflestats shows your exact hashrate at that particular moment while clevermining will show your average over the last 10 minutes. You should be okay as long as your hashrate is somewhere in the middle of the range. Try changing your hashrate resolution from the default 5 minutes to 30 minutes to get a smoother graph.

The next time you are doing something that will take the servers off-line, can you please post a message on the Stats page? Advanced warning would be nice so I can point my miners somewhere else. Lost 8 hours of mining because I could not reset my miners when I am away from home.
