Definitely a scam. The white paper of the project incudes every single detail related to the team, concept and working of the project. If the white paper of the project is missing that means the company is trying to hide something,which indicates a problem.

I don't understand why there are ICOs without whitepapers. whitepaper is a material for investors to decide whether to invest or not. how investors can trust an ICO without a whitepaper. I think the possibility of an ICO without whitepaper is a scam

Frankly speaking an ICO without whitepaper is like a car without an engine and such an ICO should be avoid because they will hardly make any progress, whitepaper is where they detailed what they planed to do in the project and if such an important document is lacking then they are not ready for the project, they are just more concerned about the money and not the project.

I hardly would began to participate in the ICO without reference to the white paper. before you invest you need to study the technology, to understand what its benefits to society. next, find out who the developers are. And only then invest.

This is a double-edged sword. Projects that have white paper can simply not execute it, lol. Of course, the lack of vaytpeypera is horror, but ... Scammers can hide under any guise.

If the coin was built in a rush then the coin could do fine without a Whitepaper. Many of the coins need a Whitepaper to explain what their goals are though. |

Any coin project without whitepaper, I will advice everybody to stay away because it's the only document that explain in details what plans the Dev or team use to achieve unexpected result.

If the information about the project, which is usually contained in the White Paper, is written elsewhere, then I do not see anything terrible. The main thing in the project is not a beautifully designed website and documents. The main thing in the project is the idea and the team is able to implement it.

If the ICO is ain't have whitepaper how the investor know if the project is good and before you do a ICO or a project whitepaper is the one we need to read about them because in whitepaper we basing if their project is good or have potential in the industry of crypto. So its scam if the project ir ico is don't have a whitepaper paper because its important. |

yes, of course you have to monitor the level of development first and also pay attention to the prospects offered by ico what it is and how and it is at least a reference for us to trust it to join. and also must be vigilant because there is a big possibility that it will be scam because in the white paper there is also a project vision and mission that will be developed and this becomes the strongest foundation to be able to believe it. |
