No ICO project, no white paper. Investors and bounty hunters do not participate in the non white paper ICO project, and do not invest. Without a white paper, it could not even become a ICO. The white paper explains the roadmap of the ICO project and the product of the project.

whitepaper is one way to find out the future potential and the target that will be carried out by the team. the whitepaper contains information about projects that hold ICOs so if a project without whitepaper many people would think the project was a scam

I would never invest in an ICO without a whitepaper. I believe in is very important for a good project to have whitepaper because how do they expect investors to have a good knowledge of the project and its technicalities.

I consider that ICO without WhitePaper will definitely make me think over and do not trust to the project. The key attention choosing the project I pay to the WP, how the technical side is represented and how informative and realistic it is.

My opinion on this is quite simple, I believe that such projects will cause a lot of questions, which you simply tire of answering, and in general it seems to me that people already have a structure of projects in which there must necessarily be white paper.

I'm not sure about the ico project without WP. this project is seen as an airdrop project that provides free tokens and has no value.
Yeah me too, I don't believe in such project because that is majorly scam because not to show about the do and dones of that project.. now whitepaper is a short note of the project, i mean a brief and concise explanations about the project so without the whitepaper people won't find interest in participating on such projects. Right mate?

Yeah, it's a real Scam. The creators must prove the correctness of all technical information, and if it is not - the project is a fraud.

I dont trust an ICO without a whitepaper.
with this you will know the flow and plan of the team,
without that i dont think they can gather investors as they target it.
even BITCOIN hast its own whitepaper even with out ICO.

I think a document check is fine but it breaks the rules of anonymity in the crypto industry.

I think that it is great to take part in ICO. to my mind, you need to learn whether the project is reliable and you will be able to benefit from this ICO. I have taken part in some of them

It may not be a scam since I have seen even established coins without a readable white paper and still doing well on the market, I think there are more important things to look for like the roadmap, the team and if they are making the progress they promised to the community.

In the analysis of ICO I pay osby attention to the following components: to team, whitepaper and roadmap. All these parts are very important for investors in my opinion. Lack of whitepaper it is very bad for me, I won't participate in such project.

I do not represent as there can be ico without technical documentation. If it is absent, then for me it is the first sign of the false project.

ICO project that does not contain technical information or hides it is likely to be fraudulent, because to create a real project there must be a real motivation for investors.

A good project and has a clear vision, of course there must be a whitepaper, without whitepaper, of course it becomes difficult to believe, and I will not invest in ICOs that do not have whitepapers.

I will not say they are the scam, but I will definitely say they are not professional and you don't need to invest in such projects where we have a lot of options to invest. Without whitepaper, how can the investor know what is this and what are they gonna do? Though  I haven't seen any ICO project without whitepaper.

I wouldn't trust an ico if they don't have white paper. It is a must-have document for every project, for me it is the prerequisite when searching and choosing. Since we can evaluate the reliability, potential of the project. An unpublished white-paper case makes people misunderstand the reality and skepticism about an unrealistic project.
