I think that ICO without whitepaper is a less trustworthy ICO. When the ICO is present without a whitepaper, I think that the ICO is not really serious about running the project. Without whitepaper then we cannot know in detail about the ICO project. If I meet ICO who doesn't have a whitepaper then I certainly don't follow and join in it. I think that the ICO without the whitepaper does not have clear and detailed planning about the ICO-run project. That's a bit of my idea.

I dont see any ico or a project without whitepaper. whitepaper is the document that contains every details about the project. without it, how would the investors know their plan and the use of their project if there is no such information given to the community.

I would say it is a hundred percent scam. I think the whitepaper really is needed for any project for people to assess if the project is really worth to invest in. A project with ongoing bounty wiht no whitepaper really looks a scam

I think ICO projects that do not have Whitepaper are not likely to be fraudulent, but they can not get the trust of investors. But if the ICO projects just put Whitepaper on it, they will immediately get trust and invest in the project.

How can investor knows about the project if the ICO dont have a whitepaper... so it means the project is not good enough to invest your money without whitepaper.. because I believe that ICO without a technical information is scam..and I think it's really hard to find a new ICO without whitepaper..dont  participate this kind of project without whitepaper..

Any ico without whitepapers it's just showing you how unserious that particular project are because any project that did not have whitepaper how will you know what that particular project are upto and which team members are among them.

It's better to get away from this ICO, because it's a pure scam. Technical documentation is a necessary part of any ICO, and all progress of any ICO depends on their technical document.

if the ICO is not white paper is a scam. because we know the white paper is the fact that each project is not a scam so it's important. so please keep in mind the ICO to invest in non-victimization of the scam.

If ICO projects has no whitepaper I think it's hard to trust them because we can't expect a returned of profit at the end due to scams, if we try to promote a coin in ICO we must able to establish whitepaper in able to trust your project and we need to be active as always.
