Every time  I check  bounty  campaign  I always check  whitepaper. From there you can see  what is really the  project  tells about the project and determine  if  it is  scam or promising project.    therefore  whitepaper  is very  important in a bounty  campaign.

Definitely yes! It's 100 percent scam. Why would an ICO not have a whitepaper? I believe the whitepaper explains all about a project with indications like the roadmap and all. Anyone reasonable won't invest in such ICO

Personally, I believe the whitepaper is the most important part of an icos because it is in the whitepaper that you will see the idea of the project and what it plans to achieve. An ico without whitepaper to me is not a very legit project and definitely not survive the crypto market.

I've seen projects like this. But they distributed coins exclusively through airdrop, and white paper still showed people, but only after the appearance of their coins on the stock exchange.

ICO without whitepaper in my opinion is like a project that does not have a clear direction and purpose, and I doubt a project like that. Because whitepapers are usually made to explain the future and purpose of the project, along with detailed explanations of the project. And whitepapaer became one of the points of assessment of the ICO project rating

In as much whitepaper is essential it still dosent spell out a project as scam . some project still with their white paper still don't make head way. Some will have to deviate from their whitepaper after sometime
