Yes, White Paper is the most important part of a successful project. If it does not exist, I would not take part in it.

Definitely i will agree with you mate, for me it plays a vital in a project where all the important information needed in a certain project will be written in the said Whitepaper.  I can probably say that if an ICO don't have a whitepaper then its a scam.

If the project does not have white paper, then with a high degree of probability this is a scam project. You can ask the bounty manager, maybe white paper will appear later. But everything is exactly a bad sign.

Whitepaper is a document for guideline the ICO company and investor. Without withpaper it may more possibility for scam and bounty  is very suspicious., so its paly significent role for investor to attract.

I've never met one, to be honest. Better not trust, invest or participate in such bounties. This is for your own safety, because the chance of losing money in this case as much as possible.

I personally don't think it is wise for a reputable company to carry out Airdrops and Bounty campaign withough a clear and precise whitwpapper to educate crypto enthusiasts about their Vison and Mison as a Team, and for the Token.

I've never seen anything like it, too, but there are actually such projects. In my opinion, white paper is the main guarantor of the quality of the project, so do not start working with the project if it is not available

Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper

Whitepaper is so important for bounty hunters and investors because it is our basis to know if a certain ico or project has a potential to rise in the future. Their platforms and plans in the future is important for us to built a trust in it. It is risky if we'll trust an ICO without a whitepaper.

Depends, usually the project team have a reason why there is no whitepaper. Sometimes the reason is they still fix/update the whitepaper. So just wait it, but if the reason is nothing, it will be a big red flag there. My advice is don't invest that project.

I have never participated in such illogical ico projects. In fact, the whitepaper is a way of demonstrating openness and transparency about the roadmap and how it works from the utility, method, or tool that the project idea brings. In today's increasingly turbulent environment. There is no reason to care and invest in such superficial projects.

The whitepaper is an important source of information for investors in an ICO. Therefore I think that it is necessary that every project has a whitepaper, because it gives all information who we need to know about a project.

if there is an ICO without whitepaper i will assume a scam. without a whitepaper how investors will understand how their product or project works. there will be a gap between investors and ICO if they do not provide whitepapers. especially if not equipped with a qualified team and advisor. this is obviously a project that does not seriously work on and does not attach importance to investors. but currently rarely find ICO without whitepaper.

I have never invested in ICO before full analysis, including white paper. It is better to miss risky opportunity than risk without a reason.
Yes, it is ok to start communication with team on the early phase when WP is still in progress, but WP must be ready before the ICO. If it is not, I always skip such projects regardless how promising they are.

I don't think that's possible then we won't have anything to believe on that project, so better go away on that ICO because it's a pure scam. I saw a lot of ICO's which are just copying the whitepaper of other projects so better watch out.

White paper is certainly not a 100% guarantee of the project not being a scam. White paper can be written over a night and there are dozens of templates that can be used for this purpose.
Though at least WP gives the idea of what is happening now and what is planned within the project.
So the project without WP (and a website, and the roadmap) is definitely a scam.

Actually, it sounds very strange. It seems to me that such projects do not exist. Who will trust such projects? Most likely they have very few investors and they eventually disappear from the market, and remaining with nothing.

If the project does not have technical documentation, then I bypass such a project party, and generally do not consider it either for investment or as a project for the company's bounty. This immediately leads to the idea that the project is fraudulent, and the organizers are trying to quickly make money without any special effort

A project that does not have white paper is strange. This is the established practice in the market of crypto-currencies and if this project does not have white paper for some reason, then it must have some explanation for this fact. Or he should have an analog of white paper - something that could properly explain the principles of the work of this project.

Are you idiot? The whitepaper is an important part to give the more explanation about the future roadmap, development, technical details and many more. I can say that is really important. With or without the whitepaper and it can be turned into a scam anytime. Where are you from dude?

I also support your opinion. No matter the Investor or the bounty hunter, you need to look and see the white paper. It contains the whole plan, the whole algorithm, which can be used to judge the future of this token.
