ICO without whitepaper will surely not be successful, the whitepaper is the body of the ICO because the investors will visit the whitepaper first and see if it is worth investing project. The good the whitepaper the more it attracts investors.

You have a point on that. Well, basically we need to know the details of the project in which the white paper must have. Most of us here before joining the different bounties, we need to know the platforms, advocacy as well as the concepts of the project. I would say the ICO having a white paper in detailed will definitely caught the attention of many users as well as those investors in the word of crypto currency.

Personally for me, the lack of technical documentation of the company is a clear sign of fraud. How then will investors be able to study the project in order to invest their money? Do they hope that they will believe them for no reason? No, such projects are certainly not for me!

Whitepaper is a document for guideline the ICO company and investor. Without whitepaper it may more possibility for scam and bounty  is very suspicious., so its play significant role for investor to attract. If the project does not have white paper, you can ask the bounty manager, maybe white paper will appear later.

For me, I won't go for a bounty that I don't even have a white paper, because it is very likely to be a scam. The white paper is the most important reference indicator for the project.

Personally, I have not seen much ICOs without a whitepaper, and even if they are they usually prepare the whitepaper and publish it to investors before there TGE. So basically, yes whitepaper is a very important requirement for an investor to read about the project before investing in them,  without a whitepaper I will have to consider that ICO as scam.

I think that if the ICO project does not have whitepaper, then it is not necessary to invest in such a project. First of all, it is very risky. I'm sure big investors will never invest in such ICO.

In my opinion, the ICO without white paper cannot be trusted. Whitepaper is a medium of communication between ICO and partners including investors. If there is no whitepaper then we cannot know the ICO in depth. I also can't believe the ICO project without whitepaper. A clear project should have a clear planning and timeline. If the ICO does not have a whitepaper then I certainly don't join him. This whitepaper is an ingredient for me to be able to analyze the chances of future ICO success so that if there is no whitepaper then I choose not to join the ICO to look for safety.
