ICO absence whitepaper as does something that doesn't have a life. many who sometimes rely on to monitor the whitepaper in advance for choosing to invest in ICO. If the absence will certainly be whitepaper quite doubtful though not necessarily to it is a scam.

Not a single normal ICO without technical documentation can not be, because a technical document is an important part of the ICO.

if the project plans to make whitepaper follow them but if not, better ignore it I have not seen projects without whitepaper succeed. unless they only play their own rotation market so be careful.

Because I want to think, ICOs that don't distribute whitepapers then ICOs cannot be trusted. It implies that the ICO is not joking in making this task win. ICO without whitepaper is a cheat. Whitepapers are a medium worth crossing between organizations and speculators. Without a whitepaper, financial specialists cannot understand and know the ICO clearly and deeply.

With my own understanding ico without white paper don't worth investing on because you won't know what there project is up too so I can't ever advice someone to invest in an ico without white paper

I will never invest in an ICO with no whitepaper ! the goal of the whitepaper is too show you WHY you HAVE to invest money in this project and not in another one.
If the team is too lazy to write a whitepaper to talk about their project ... how can I trust them ?

Every crypto project must have such a document. Personally, I have not yet seen crypto projects that I was interested in without white paper. The white paper contains basic information about the technical characteristics of the project, which is the main one in the crypto project.

Yes I agree, even if a lot if ICO's with a whitepaper are scams  too  but it's a good thing to be sure it's not a "easy scam" lol

I think ICO without whitepaper will come out with accusations that the project is a scam, because a whitepaper is important for a project, to explain the details of a project such as the purpose of making the project, roadmap, vision mission and many more things

wouldn't it be better if the ico is equipped with white paper? it will be better because investors will know about the project that will be followed. so they will know about the team, the concept, the supply of the token and how the prospects for the future. it will make them more confident in the ico that they follow.

Project/ICO without whitepaper may shows how unserious the Dev team are and as such no good investor would be foolish to invest in such project.

Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper

Of course you can run an ICO without white paper but it will not attract the attention of investors. White paper is one of the important elements for the presentation of the project.

I feel that whitepaper is a technical document which contains all information about the project and its development, price, team and whole structure and if any new ICO comes to the market without it then it can be a scam in future as no information available to its investors.

Ico without whitepaper is fake and scam, I have leave ico investment without have whitepaper and always check how the website is save and secure for joining. Without have good team and whitepaper to explore about their ico its why I want to join their ico investment.
