I think that most of Whitepaper are not unique and it is not so important as investors think. The team of the project is the most important thing.

I do not know how anyone, but I bypass ICO projects without the availability of technical documentation. This immediately causes distrust of the project. This shows that the project team is working poorly and does not fulfill its duties. And at last it immediately causes suspicion that the project is just a scam.

I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. I always first of all look for it before start ICO. I can say that ICO without a whitepaper is a scam. I don't believe that projects and never invest in it.

Personally I think it is very bad ICO. From the experience that I have, such programs end with a drag of time and various machinations, and promises of a wonderful future. I don't join in the program if it don't  have whitepaper.

Not by default, in fact most ico don´t really fullfill the WP, but you chould make sure that there is a project and there is a team that is consistent with it to place your money.

Every project must have its own whitepaper because that is the way we can learn more about it and therefore decide whether or not to invest in it. I'm aware that some projects might not have their whitepapers ready during their developmental stages. But it is absolutely necessary for the ICO.

It is not better to invest in an ICO that has no white paper because it can't help investors on what they want to know about the project that they want to deal with their money. And that's not appropriate to a ICO like that because most of people like me always reading first their white papers before joining them to invest and to participate in some bounties and it is hard to trust in that way.

Whitepaper to me is a very important part of a project and if an ico doesn't have this, then I do not think they are good because the whitepaper gives the aim and ideas of the project and without this, I do not know how they want to convince investors that the project is a good one to invest in.

I don't think that there should be any ICO without whitepaper because the main reason is that when we came across in any type of ICOs then , at first during the analysis we see toward the demand and supply factors and amount respectively and that make use to think perfectly whether the project is better or not and is guinine or not , or just they are kidding with us .
And also many things are related with ICOs that we can comes to know easily in whitepaper , if any ICO will not have whitepaper then surely we can say that , that ICO will be scam 100% .
And in my opinion in the present time , every ICO should have his presence at every platform and also have short one page whitepaper as well as full whitepaper .
Otherwise people will say that ICO is scam or may be they will not take interest in the ICO easily .
