The project without white paper and technical documentation is like an employee without a resume who came to get a job but does not tell anything about himself. Will you hire such a specialist? I think no.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

I think Yes, if the project does not have a technical document it is 95 % fraud. Good ico's are always transparent

Personally, I don't think there should be an ICO without a whitepaper. An ICO without a whitepaper should be regarded as a scam as no idea of such project will be made know to the public. The essence of a whitepaper is to create awareness about a project tell the public about the quality of the team so as to help them invest properly and with the right source.

Well, this is not very serious, because today there are settled opinions that the project must have a number of documents, so that we simply start investing in it, I think that it is very necessary to understand that now it is necessary to make white paper.

Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper

Every ICO should present their whitepaper or else they cannot attract investors to buy their tokens. It is a standard procedure of an ICO to have it not unless the developers just want to scam people from the fake project they made

I have not met similar ones, and if I had seen such a project - would have passed by.
Any project should have documentation, planned and divided into stages. As a business plan, how else can you explain what exactly is the collection of money and what the developers want to implement.
And white paper is already a standard for ICO

ICO reviews are actually helpful, I usually take a love ok on reviews before engaging on a project. There were information that was not stated in whitepaper that will make you double think wether you'll be investing on it. Well, many reviews are also made by the team making them good standing in the people. But even all good things abiut the project are shown there wilk be still negative feedback you'll see at the comment section which helps you to decide. Its a wise strategy to get into a great project, it takes a lot of reading to find one.

Never invest in any ICOs without whitepaper, it's the minimum requirement condition to make investors understand about their projects.

If there is no whitepaper, how can investors know the details about the project ? The problem and the opportunities of the project must be explained to build the investor's trust on it. It maybe not a scam project, but if they don't want to pay people for creating white paper, how they can progress the development later ?

I think whitepaper is an important factor for a successful ICO, however whitepaper not guaranteed you of scam project. There are so many scam projects with good whitepaper.

That is one of the main necessities for someone to invest in an ICO. Apparently if the ICOs without the official whitepaper and roadmap. They do not give you the trust and it does not attract investors if they do not have the whitepaper. Because the whitepaper is the key, they can understand the ICO and information about it.

For me, ICO projects that do not have a standardized whitepaper or are too sketchy, those projects do not have a future for development. Because they are not attractive enough, investors can invest in it.

In my personal ICO without whitepaper i will not participate in the campaign. Although it does not cheat, but demonstrates how professional work keeps the founder and the investor. which is related to finance and crypto i do not appreciate these projects. Cool Cool Cool Cool

I wonder if there is any ICO without a white paper. If any ICO come without white paper or any written paper to detail about the project and how it plan to execute its project, such ICO I believe will not be successful. It is necessary for every ICO to have a white paper as to stand as guide to them and even investors.

In my opinion it is risky if you invest in an ICO with no whitepaper, a big and serious project will certainly be written on the whitepaper so that it can be the first reference for investors before investing.

And how can you judge by project if it does not have clear plans for development and description. And investors need to have guarantees to be sure that he will live before the release of the tokens, and this is the first step to doubt that the project is generally viable.

Whitepaper is like an eye of every project. Even ICOs with whitepaper end of achieving nothing. The thing is I believe every project would be fully prepared before they try to have an ICO process.

Without a whitepaper it can be said that they don't have a clear team, maybe only personal ambitions to become a scammer, I'm sure that 99% ICO without whitepaper will be a scam.
