correct, how are we interested if they don't make whitepapers because some successful projects must have whitepapers. the same thing when the dev is anonymous here transparency is really needed because more and more criminals because they feel they can do it because they are anonymous so it's wise to decide which projects to follow.

To my best opinion, I can't advice any investors to participate on a project without Whitepaper. Whitepaper explain details about a project, it plans and solutions to a particular problem.
