It's very difficult to answer. Now it's not enough to develop a good plan. Many ideas or projects do not softcap reached.

In my opinion, of course investors will be more careful if they find ICO without white paper. Because white paper contains the goals and plans they will make for the future. So without whitepaper don't think about investing money. Because of how we can trust the future of the project.

It is better to be safe than nothing to be safe with. Whitepaper means a lot in terms of crypto business. ICO requirements including whitepaper because it is the major basis to find out all about the vital information regarding plans and objectives of the project now and in the future.

Personally , I don't think there should be an ICO without whitepaper. The whitepaper bridges the gap between an investor and a company. Can we say a ICO without a whitepaper is a scam? Or what can you say about an ICO without whitepaper
How many ICOs have you found without whitepaper? I dont think that is the problem. If they have a real working and useful product then why you need whitepaper? Roadmap is enough..

whitepaper is very important, you can find out information about ico from a-z only from the whitepaper. whitepaper will make it easier for you in research, if ico doesn't have a whitepaper I think you should suspect it.

An ICO without a white paper is a blind project, no leads to roadmaps no nothing which isnt very good, whitepaper is more of a lead and an eye opener to the possible investors . Without it there is no way anyone will know what the ICO is all about making it hard to make investiment decisions

Are you surr an ico without whitepaper? Literally I think the whitepaper is something important to let people knows about the project that they are running for. The project plan, gull schedule, mission, and to advesrtise to all investors and company to be popular.

Whitepaper resembles an itemized depiction of an undertaking it can too be compared to the reading material we use for our course works. Without these reading material, we wont have the capacity to comprehend the course and the same applies to a task attempting to run an ICO without a whitepaper. Expect they talked about its inaccessibility at the season of declaration and gave date when it will be accessible.

If an ico project doesn't even have a white paper, is it necessary to look at it, let alone invest. This is a basic requirement, at the very least. A project is not willing to write a white paper, they said that they have not thought about it, and they have not planned it.

I think a lot of people want a whitepaper to give credibility to the project. Although I prefer when there's one, I don't think it proves anything.
Many scam had a WP, and yet it was a fraud (anyone can write something to make the project look serious).

I prefer to see the project as a whole (especially the team), for the rest it would not bother me to bet on a project even if there is no WP (provided there are other positive points next to it)

ICO without white paper is a waste of time and waste of money.dont ever try to invest in ICO that doesn't have white paper, this project will going to be scary. they can run away what have you invested on there project and receive nothing. white paper is very important to know all the details of the project, and can give you more idea for what that project all about.

I think whitepaper is a part of the agreement before the ICO launching their project. And it is very important that the ICO has a whitepaper and other important supporting ducuments, So that it can attract the investor's  to trust  their project and invest their money.

An example of a beautifully crafted White Paper is Bitcoin. This is one of the most easily read and understandable "White papers", which can be found on the vastness of the crypto-currency market. It is not too big compared to many modern ones. If you want to start somewhere, then the beginner is ideally suited to the example of Bitcoin. If by the end of reading White Paper you could not find out what problem the product of the company decides and how it does it, then with a high probability you can say that you do not need to invest in it.

I'm not that I will not invest in such a project, I will not even participate in the campaign bounty of any project unless they have a whitepaper. This is an important component, where the idea and technical components of the project are described.

The white paper usually gives an overview of the project. The problem the team has identified and how it warns to tackle. Am just wondering how intending investors will be able to do a due diligence if a project does not have a whitepaper . I will look at it with a lot doubt

If you come across such an ICO, then just close their website. Such ICO I do not recommend the choice, no matter how beautifully they describe the project.

Every self-respecting project team simply has to write White Paper.
This is the main technical document telling investors about their project.

I consider that ICO without WhitePaper will definitely make me think over and do not trust to the project. The key attention choosing the project I pay to the WP, how the technical side is represented and how informative and realistic it is.
