They didn’t pull an actual scam since most of their issue is initially addressed by them and they just have conflict on how to move forward on the case because they different basis for the claim. Giving the players money makes them easily regain their reputation here because that their only issue. They didn’t steal player money but rather just have a conflict on releasing the rewards.

BC.Game comes with full force this time around. I have seen their their advertisement everywhere in the social media and other websites for marketing. And they are the first casino which I know that we're accused of scammed they humbled themselves and pay back all the accusers to regain the trust and I believed the trust would be regain back to them. And what they have started is a good start because if they have not repented they wouldn't settled those cases but they really want to have peace of mind with everyone in the forum and outside the forum so they have to do it. And the remaining thing for them to regain the full trust is they have to do the right thing at all time.  They should look into their KYC so that they would not have issue with their customers on KYC again because most of the cases from KYC related issues.

I can't compare BC and Stake because I am not active on Stake, but if I compare BC a year ago with BC now and I agree that many things are missing and bonuses are not as good as they were.

The problem when new casinos are doing that, it will not be sustainable. You can do it for a period, but than the site can get more and more users (and VIPS) and than they will also be forced to lower their rewards. I am always a small roller and will never be able to achieve a high VIP level, but I think in general the quality of promotions on all sites have dropped, they are not so interesting/rewarding anymore than they used to be.

You are right, "prevention is better than cure" is a common statement I've heard for quite a long time now since I was a kid, and it has stayed relevant all through.
For those you may not easily understand what this means, it simply means that, preventing something from happening is much better than allowing it to happen, and thereafter, looking for the solution to correct it. I think I have explained this here on this thread before, I maybe it was somewhere else.

I personally commend the bc.game team for their effort so far, they came, said they want to solve all the issues and regain their reputation back, I personally doubted them, but then, the journey began, they showed true commitment, and today, I am happy with what theyve been able to achieve, should I day that they are lucky? For not every service provider here lost their reputation and regained it back afterwards, but all the same, like you have said, I believe they have learnt from their mistake and won't ever allow issues to get to a stage as they previously did before.
