I'm curious about one thing the most. And that is how far Real Madrid will make it in this season of the Champions League. After they destroyed PSG in a really tough game, they must be very motivated to win the title too. And on this road, their current target in the quarter finals is Chelsea. Chelsea are a completely different team compared to PSG now. They are one of the teams that should never be underestimated. And they showed how they were capable in this tournament last season. But as long as Real Madrid fight by showing their best performance, they would still move them out of their way.

Benfica are very lucky to be in the quarter-finals after they managed to beat the Ajax team where the Ajax team's performance at that time was declining, but Benfica's next match is against Liverpool then Liverpool will most likely beat Benfica easily and I will make Liverpool team the favorite in that match because Liverpool's performance is much better than Benfica.

Liverpool are having another solid season now in the English Premier League and Champions League both. And they would definitely like to achieve both titles too. But it is not going to be comfortable for them either. However in this round, Benfica are not a big threat to Liverpool. I know how Benfica managed to eliminate Ajax despite showing a poor performance in general. But this doesn't work every time. You can't eliminate every team by having a poor effort. in the domestic league Benfica are currently in 3rd place in the standings and they are far behind Porto who are at the top of the table. they started the season so badly that they were unable to compete tightly for their domestic league title.

We are now in the round of the last 8 in the Champions League, which is the biggest, hardest and most important club competition in football in the world, therefore i think it is safe to say that there are no more opponents left that should be taken to lightly. That being said i still think that Liverpool was very lucky with the draft because it is still a big difference if you have to face Benfica Lissabon as your opponent or for example, Manchester City, Real Madrid or Bayern Munich. If Liverpool is able to reach around 90% of their possible performance level then i think that there is not much that Benfica can do to advance into the next round.

I am not optimistic about real madrid chances that last game result against barcelona was inexceptible with that poor performance they will lose against chelsea too but maybe with benzema back and some strategy change they will be able to get back on form.

Liverpool is a big name in the Champions league, everyone is afraid of the name Liverpool. Even if you are not afraid of Liverpool outside stadiums but you cannot afford not to be afraid of Liverpool in Anfield. The capacity of Anfield, the fan base and history of the Anfield cannot be overlooked by anyone.

Liverpool as a club has a very good team in the person of Klopp, the man had really transformed the club. The players are in good form and have great players. These players have been so consistent for past years, especially Mane, Salah and Firmino. In as much as the players and coach is still available, they most surely do what they are known for doing. So, they will surely beat Benfica home and away.
