Sri Lanka lost the first Test even though a good sore 355 & 302 and in the second Test 2 early wickets indicate defeat as the opposition New Zealand's score is huge. The Sri Lankan team is not able to do much good at the home ground of New Zealand. Nothing can stand in the way of a brilliant batting performance by the New Zealand batsmen. Williamson scored 215 and Henry Nicholls remained unbeaten on 200 in the second Test.

End of first match was completely nightmare for the Sri Lankans after having amazing start they lost the match in last over but here in second match things completely out of their way as New Zealand start is impressive and Kane Williamson after giving up from captaincy turn into amazing batsman have completed his 8000 runs as he is first kiwi player who achieved this milestone and also completed his double hundred have 580 runs on board after end of two days look like this is going to be another defeat for the Sri Lankans which are having 26 for 2 in reply so things looking completely down for them even any prediction is still not easy but most chances we will have big defeat for the visitors in this match after amazing stuff from Kane Williamson and Henry Nicholls.

Sri Lankan quality is going down day by day which is surely big problem for them with now Angelo Mathews is also getting older who is good all-rounder for them, but they are not having any suitable replacement which will bring improvement with their domestic system is providing good players, but they are not polished for the big games which give them good results and having some better honor in few years they are having many issues which are giving them headache, and they are not able to set their best teams in all formats even in shorter formats they are doing better but still things need big changes from start if they want to have better things and not fall down like Zimbabwe and West Indies they need to work on these issues quickly because if as time is running out they can face more problems for having better performance.
