As I said if any player like Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer can stay in the field then they will must win this match. India need only 20 more runs to win the match. A big risk had become a fact. But the excellent batting of Shreyas Iyer and Ravichandran Ashwin brought the situation in favor. Their good partnership make the match very easy to win. yes, we saw how the Indian bench showed a sign of relief when the winning runs were scored. India should have easily won this match they made it a thriller at the end.

The good thing is that India not only won this test match but also won this test series by 2-0.

What about Virat Kohli? His performance has dropped significantly in test format now. He has played in 6 test matches in this year and scored only 265 runs. India team selectors should give chance to the new players now who have much potential in test format.

I agreed with the sentiment and it's going down but i'd still back Kohli in test format, especially in SENA countries.

I'd also like him to play a few games in the Ranji to tackle his struggle against spin (off spinners). Unfortunately, his ego is too big to play in the Ranji, I hope he wakes up and goes back to domestic for a couple of matches before BGT trophy, if not then i am sure Nathan Lyon and part-time offies must be checking his footage.

Actually not only him but KL Rahul too. He's mighty good against spin but this guy has the mindset of a big loser and he shouldn't be near ICT captaincy.

Atm our best batters of spin are Rohit, Pant, Mayank, Iyer Gill, Pujara, Axar and Ashwin (the first 4 guys are beasts against any spin attack).

Indian middle-lower order and bowlers are strong in the subcontinent and I have lost count of how many times they bailed out the team India but the current top order needs soul searching otherwise in the next couple of months Aussies are going to beat the shit of us in BGT.

All the credits for the drama goes to the curator as the pitch started to wear out from the third day and the Bangladesh spinners were on top for majority of the match until Ravichandran Ashwin and Shreyas Iyer came to the crease. Ashwin was lucky enough to survive the pressure due to a sharp drop catch and then one flew through the slip fielders and then the momentum shifted.

In the 2nd Test match, Bangladesh vs India, I understood that by enjoying the game between these two teams. Bangladesh team doesn't have good quality players. The biggest weak point is the lack of Patience of Bangladesh players. I saw Bangladesh batsmen were playing too fast and almost got out of their batsmen. But Bangladesh bowlers started bowling well first. But towards the end the Indian batsmen took control of the game and took them south. India won the match by 3 wickets.

The pitch is helping the spinners and Bangladesh does have a good attack and if the total were above 200 runs then i would certainly place a bet on Bangladesh to win the match. The right handed batsman were struggling and the Indian top order is gone, looks like the left handed batsman were able to overcome the angle of spin and they still have left handed batsman in Axar Patel who is still in the crease and Rishabh Pant who could take the team home without further damage.

100 runs seem like a tightrope walk for such a small target. On a turning track, the Indian top order lacked focus and determination, as well as the ability to negotiate spin. Foreign pitches used to pose a challenge to Indian batsmen once upon a time. This match deserves to be won by Bangladesh. I am not quite hopeful, but let's wait for tomorrow.

Bangladesh will not win this match as i am sure 100 runs is not a big score and India's remaining batsmen just need one partnership and the game is over.

However, when you are playing against small teams, it is not only about winning, it is about winning convincingly and I am afraid India is far behind in this. How can they lose top 4 batsmen at the score of 45 ?

On the other hand if Axar Patel can extend his batting then India will have no fear. They can win this test too on the basis of heroism. Even in the current condition of the match, I will keep India ahead.

Rishabh Pant and Shreyas Iyer is playing better than India experienced and polished Batter like Virat Kohli.  Virat kohli performance is going on a disastrous end  he's not performing at all. Now I think selectors have to think about his role in world cup and Asia Cup , same Is with KL Rahul whose presence is a question for many.

That must the beauty of test cricket. I mean you can enjoy the parts of t20 in test cricket but the vice versa must be not enjoyable. By the end of play on 3rd day, I was thinking just 6 more wickets and 100 more runs were needed by India hence there could be easier win for Bangladesh in their own soil but India showed their batting depth. This must be a 50-50 match but India grabbed it in the end still I feel like cricket won in the end. Bangladesh deserves this match for their efforts still in cricket anything is possible  as fortune favours the braves.

If Ashwin was not counter attacking or India did not send night watchmen then India might have suffered a loss to draw this series but luck factor worked for India through better decisions in the end.

Bangladesh lost because of their poor batting. It was not possible to win the target with only 145 runs. It was a very low target against a team like India. If Bangladesh had given a target of more than 200 then maybe they could have won. However, the performance of the Bangladeshi bowlers was very good. Otherwise we would have seen the dominance of Indian players in the match only.
