2x SP10 finally arrived, US customs released the captives..
Whonesta, I read in the S2 thread that you just took possession of some S2 machines too. You've got quite a collection going there … adding a SP30 this year too ? ~L)L~

The SP10 is looking great so far so I can not wait until their Gen2 stuff comes out.

Not really. You might want to find another place to host it.

Depends on how many volts Say it uses 1250W @110V thats 11.364 Amps @240V thats 5.2 Amps

Not unless you and all your surrounding neighbours are already stone deaf. Think chainsaw loud when making comparisons.

Not unless you and all your surrounding neighbours are already stone deaf. Think chainsaw loud when making comparisons. Brand? Gas or Electric? Chainsaws nearly 100 dB on average. Tractor enclosed cab nearly 75 dB. http://www.nonoise.org/library/qz7/QuietChainsaws.pdfIf it gets up near 80 to 85 dB you need to get this thing hosted or set somewhere noise won't be any issue.

Hosting is always an option ...
and it is a very venerable option, bearing in mind the price of electricity in Israel, Spondoolies aren't making much extra with their hosting plans priced as they are... is the hosting option in the US open yet (sorry... tl;dr the specifics)?

It covers the entire range of all of these since the SP10 offers quiet medium and turbo settings.

Bear in mind dB tells you nothing about the quality of the sound in pitch, timbre, likelihood of annoying neighbours and getting official complaints from the local council.

My SP10 hashes at 1.4TH/s at the pool and draws 1,385W at the wall (240V supply) running in normal mode.

Ok anyone had some experience with ordering from Spondoolies, I just ordered SP10 and on my account page it says payment status pending and I payed in full with Bitpay option?
don't worry, it's a busy factory at the moment, they shipping from stock now so your order will be (i can only presume) processing. They answered my mail in like 4 minutes. quality service you gonna love that rig! Almost 24 hours later the payment status is still pending I have no confirmation of any kind of payment except the address that was provided by Bitpay for payment???
