I don't see nothing terrible, it's just casual video from front line. But no, let's put dramatic title ''Terrible videos from Kherson ... won't share much, but it looks like the counteroffensive was a failure.'' Well, as you said, in beginning of war he said that Kyiv isdoomed.
There isn't any reasons to believe in Russian propaganda, though Ukrainian media isn't most reliable source too. I rather trust things like ISW reports which covers things from more or less neutral perspective and it saysthat Ukraine counteroffensive din't succed or failed in day or two.
