[LIST] Scam Accusation Cases Against Betting Platform on The Forum

This thread serves a purpose to give members of the forum or anyone doing their DD an idea of the possible safety or risk they'll face when they play on a casino based on the active and open cases against the casino on the forum. The list will [hopefully] be frequently updated from time to time with cases development.

Please note that it is intended as a summary of the accusations against gambling platforms that have ANN and representative on this forum. As it is intended to be a summary, it will be very much appreciated if discussion, debate, or any other things related to a case pointed out on this thread to be carried out on their respective thread to keep this one clean and tidy. Also please notify me if I missed a case or two, or if there is a development for the case already listed here.

The status of each of the cases are determined and color coded according to below criteria:

In Progress
- Case where accuser made a valid case with strong evidence and the representative is currently attending the case

Resolved
- Case that reached resolution, either implied or clearly stated

Invalid
- Case that is not backed with evidence, either a screenshot or anything to substantiate the accusation
- Case where representative has addressed and the accuser didn't challenge the counter-accusation or invitation to arbitrator

Inactive
- Old case that's been more than one month without any update from the accusers with representative already replied

Active/Unresolved
- Case that is backed with substantial evidence and not attended by representative. Accuser may or may not inactive for the last three months due to the lack of response
- Case that is backed with substantial evidence, the discussion left hanging with the representative never addressed the last [valid] accusation/post/proof from accuser. Accuser may or may not inactive for the last three months due to the lack of response

Though I'm quite familiar with most cases below and the scam accusations board itself, I still spent many hours to get reacquainted with each of them or to get a grasp of the cases that I did not oversee. This means [and as I am only human] I might mislabeled one or two cases, or misjudged the status of a case or two. On below section are cases against casinos that's on Peeps Place's original list but, due to the absence of representative on the forum, there weren't anyone available to be notified or to address the issue. And to be honest, I don't know what to do with these entries. But I figure it's better to put them here as a reference for those who do their research for them.

Due to the lack of people answering to the threads, the status of these cases will only be resolved and unresolved. Kindly inform me if I am wrong and they have a representative or official thread on this forum, I'll move them up the list.

Yeah, just to clarify [to avoid any trolls trying to sling mud at me, LOL], this is not me plagiarizing the list or tried to copy the move, Peeps asked me to take over the project, given I've had a plan to publish similar information and already had my format.

This thread is still far from perfection, and inputs are very much welcome. For example, just few minutes ago I added a section about providers as people pointed out that their PF games are not verifiable. I am still not sure if having a section about them is a good idea, as it'll imply cases with providers voided a bet as their final rulings will belong to this section.

@holydarkness, You have relaunched the thread by making it a lot better. I personally liked the idea of keeping the representative names of each casino in this list. This list contains the accusations of both casinos and sportsbooks. How about replacing the word 'casino platform' with 'betting platform' from this thread title?

In my opinion, those accusations don't deserve to be in the list which has been created by "cryptogeniusdice" against Stake.com. Those are unnecessary complaints, which will make the list longer. You may remove them from the list to reduce the load.

Congratulations on creating this thread, I hope it ends up being a reference point for members when they are contemplating registering to send funds at any of the businesses mentioned in the list.

This thread serves a purpose to give members of the forum or anyone doing their DD an idea of the possible safety or risk they'll face when they play on a casino based on the active and open cases against the casino on the forum. The list will [hopefully] be frequently updated from time to time with cases development.

It's actually more to because the list is limited to cases from 2023 and 1xbit doesn't have case since then... not in a good way, they didn't have a complaint on this forum because everybody know it's a bad casino. Another reason is because their reputation is already known [thus, an idea of how reputable 1xbit is by reading this thread no longer needed] and that their representative is no longer here, while this thread is for those who still have representative, as well as to help those representatives to know what active cases against them are still active.

But that is possibly a fatal oversight from me. I will be adding 1xbit entry with a list that logfiles and you created, to cover the complaints globally, with "multiple" as the complainants, and the warning sign [like those casinos above with very poor reputation], the format will be like below. What do you think?

Yeah, my apology, I usually updated the list right away after I am made aware of the scam accusation happened against a casino, as well as sweeping the scam accusation board to be sure all of the recent cases are already added to the list, as well as reviewing their status. But these past couple of days, there are two specific case that... took most of my activity time on the forum. I am updating the list right away.

However, I was wondering if you could mark the scam casinos with a special table for having several unresolved cases and put them in something like a blacklist, one such casino is 1xbit.

In my case with Pineapple telegram Poker it worth to mention that the team stopped responding to the case some weeks ago, It would be better to provide a different note than "in progress".

Regarding casinos with questionable nature, I actually mark them with three exclamation points in red, [!!!], this instances can be bees on CoinPlay and Ole7. If you have a idea to caught reader's attention better, please feel free to share them, I am happy to consider it.

As for your case, yes, I have to agree that its status can be changed, as the OP of the casino last active was on 2nd April and doesn't seem to be interested to comment further, although the last point made by the accuser [namely you] was valid.

I usually sweep the accusation board and my list on the weekend [I planned to do this week's sweep tomorrow, if time allows me to] and ask for follow ups for cases in progress, pushing things back in motion, etc., and will usually mark a case as unresolved or inactive after several weeks of inactivity. Unresolved if the one stopped responding is the representative and inactive if the one stopped is the player.
