So I'm still waiting on my Vericoin (as well as other coins) to withdraw from Mintpal after 48hours. They withdrawals are still showing as 'pending' in Mintpal and haven't appeared on any of the blockchain explorers.
Anyone else having issues like this?
I've raised a ticket with them but no response after 24 hours now...
Definitely done with Mintpal for good!! Well, once I get this resolved that is...
I just did a quick test withdraw from Mintpal to my Vericoin wallet and the withdraw was processed almost immediately. Using VRC wallet version 1.3.3.0. Have you updated your wallet? UPDATE: 6.52pm AEST I've just got 10 confirmations on the withdrawal transaction and the test 2 vrc in my wallet is finished. Whole process took about 15-minutes. No problems with Mintpal.com on this end. I have updated the wallet, though it keeps popping up windows saying "version 1.3.3". Should it not be doing that? I'm on Mac, maybe there's an issue with the max wallet? I have other transfers from mintpal still pending after 48 hours.. I'm away from my computer currently but I'll try again tomorrow and report back. you must click on the email link that mintpal sent so your withdrawal can be processed.. |

One thing I will never understand is setting up deadlines, and then missing them in silence. Should be a wallet update out via the "within 24 hours" Its been "over 24 hours" now.
Not that I have any doubt its coming out any minute..
Setting up deadlines and missing them, time and time again is not the best way to earn investor confidence!
Going forward I wonder if they are learning from this. Or if setting deadlines that are missed will continue.

Hi Guys,
VRC/FIAT rollout has begun.
It will come in stages. Mac wallet is on link of the website, new source is available on github for linux. Windows is being compiled with special flags for openssl compatibility, may need to work on that a little longer. I will update here when I put windows wallet on the site.
First is a simple implementation that connects the wallet to the exchange through a portal. Phase two is a fully customized exchange portal for ease of use. The new wallet will automatically connect to this when it's ready. The fully customized portal will be soon but I don't want to give a hard deadline on that though in case there are surprises we need to deal with. More updates to follow.

my old wallet is still staking. should i wait until it's done staking before downloading and installing new wallet? |
