Very nice! What motherboard are you using?
Thank you! ASUS M5A990FX motherboard. Working nice with 4 non-powerd pcie-raisers.

My new setup. 4x7950 mining LTC at 2200Kh/s

I like it, solid and compact.
Nice job.
Thanks!

I think it's time you updated your signature.  Grin
Done! Wink

Where did you get your aluminum frame to build?  Did you order it somewhere or were you able to find it locally?
I bought them at my local hardwarestore, just L-shaped frames, 2$ each, bolted togheter, 6pcs + 2 pcs of wood and an old atx chassieplate Cheesy

What did you do to the first card? new sink/fan?

It's a reference HD 7950 with the shroud removed.  It may have lowered his GPU temps a tad but he needs to actively cool those VRMs.   Shocked

What kind of mobo is that

It is a Biostar A85W and a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3.

What did you do to the first card? new sink/fan?

I removed the shroud to get better airflow to the VRM's and the memory modules. It still runs hot without direct airflow on it. The rig runs with the cards at under 75c(except that damn powercolor) with ZERO fans going but the system fans cooling the cpu's. With the AC unit going in the window all cards run below 70c. I have video of the unit running on my website.

Navidos, would you mind telling me the dimensions on this setup? I love it and have been doing some drawings for my own, but I reallllly think this would be great! I run 5 cards per board though, so I'll probably have to stretch it a bit further. Some starting points would be great though. I love what you done!!!

It is a sweet looking set up for sure. Smiley  Are those x1 riser cables powered or not?  I cant tell.

As a personal plug I will have some pics next week of my stackable open air frame.  Stay tuned.   Cool

Waiting on 1x to 16x risers to double the amount of GPUs  Grin

Shit man this is one kick ass setup, I love it!, excellent idea! Cheesy but
How do handle the heat in the upper rig?

I have 2 setups done with aluminium profiles, and the top one gets hot as hell so I had to put them side by side to prevent this.

Forgot about this threat lol. The top is doing fine, the middle one used to be the hottest. I currently placed the setup in a closet which currently still stands open for ventilation. I'm planning to add an intake and exhaust to it, will post a picture when done. The exhaust will directly push the hot air outside so that I will not have to sit in a sauna when it's hot outside.  Grin

Idiocy and unhelpfulness aside, it appears to be a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 and a Biostar Hi-Fi A85W

So, I was just thinking maybe you're dog might appreciate if you protected his nose from getting chopped off too.  Dogs like the taste of air, he might even lick the fan.

Hi  Grin

Left Side: (just realized I never chopped off the 80 zip ties on that one computer fan trying to get it to sit just right!)

Right Side:

Front:

Guard dog: This is actually his favorite room in the house. I have to bribe him to come hang out with me! Grin

2Gb RAM / AMD Sempron / BAMT (Pentium 2 and Winblows on the desktop miner)

I can see husbands telling their wives, "honey, its ok, I know it uses a lot of electricity and heats up the whole second floor of the house, but it does make us a little money and makes me happy".

Then you have the teenager or grown man that refuses to leave mommy..."Mom, I know the electrical bill was $945, I'll give you some bitcoin later on this month".
