What happened to the "many updates" you promised a while back in this thread? I understand you had to work on server problems but it's been quite a while now!
We are releasing new stuff soon! The release was delayed by the recent server issues. Everything is working properly now so we are focusing on finishing the new features! |

I requested a cashout almost an hour ago and still didn't receive anything, there are not any incoming transaction to my address either. ( https://satoshidice.com//user/79bdfef15fffaecd816a9d26075a0ef5) I can even send you an URL of my "profile". The requested amount was something over 0.9BTC. By the way, when I requested the withdraw I got a transaction ID which I copied to clipboard but when I checked later it didn't even exist. I really hope you can sort this out. Thanks |

Thanks Hello, the transaction id is: 5954facb4ebb2a6fc441b7517a5fe438f9bf839c4a8d032b2989aa5da491df43I can see that there was several cashouts that took about an hour to confirm because they were not included in the first few blocks. We are considering including a bigger fee in order to make sure that cash outs are included in a block as soon as possible! If a transaction doesn't appear when you look it up at for example blockchain.info or blockexplorer, it only means that it has not been successfully broadcasted or that they didn't receive the broadcast for some reason. Our software automatically tries to broadcast again if the Bitcoin network didn't pickup the transaction. |

Some of the recent cash outs were not included in the first block, so they took on average a few extra minutes to confirm. We're increasing the transaction fee temporarily (at our expense) to see if it will help.

Still inquiring about this, how hard it is to get a list of withdrawals txid's  I got a promise they will be reviewed after the last maintenance is done and still.... |

Didn't follow most of what you were saying here... but I was using the site as a wallet to send transactions and payments more than a gambling place and there was nothing against that. Also this is a confirmation that there is a non-credited deposit in my account?, I'll be waiting for the confirmation and for the deposit to be credited to me. Thanks. |

Some broadcasts were not successful and some blocks were delayed and we are investigating why this happened. Everything runs fine right now. Both the blockchain game and the session game receive and process transactions without delays at the time I'm writing this. |
