All three of the coins seem to have decayed a bit, it would be nice to get all of their algorithms' tuned up, if that is the problem.
There aren't 2016 records listed on Dr. Nicely's site, I just noticed. the Primecoin and Riecoin sites also are quite far behind.
We probably need a mathematician's input on what the problem is, J0nn9 or Yom Ki or anybody who knows.

Which is the most useful ?
Apart from potentially adding some entries to a table of known "records", they are pretty much all useless...

There are many different kinds of knowledge.
A person can learn something that provides a temporary benefit but which will decay as knowledge, like how to fix an appliance. Also they can learn something that is based in nature and builds the foundation of knowledge for the human race.
Learning to count integers is good. 1,2,3,4,5 etc. When a person learns integers their mind sees the world a little differently, with a scientific accuracy it did not have before. Prime numbers are like integers, they provide a natural order that pre existed humans and will continue forever in this realm.
If you take all of the integers as high as you can count, and shake out the composite numbers, the numbers that are not prime, what is left is some kind of natural pattern.
What exactly is the significance of it? Is there some secret code from nature? Some progressive pattern that will be found to have a relationship with some other part of nature, space, time or whatever? A person can say absolutely that there is such a pattern, but I can say I don't know what it is. Aside from providing a natural pattern there are probably practical uses for primes. The mathematicians who comment sporadically might know that.
As for which is the most useful, it's probably like asking what color is best. Each of the respective developers probably thought their search was a priority for them. For me, not a mathematician, simple primes are interesting enough, but Gapcoin is probably the most potentially lucrative of the three useful mathcoins, so its the one I buy.
But if somebody had an interest in some bigger project involving all the mathcoins I would support it.

That would be a great page to have on the website Joon 9 should let the community know what he needs to get the website updated and make improvements my guess would be that since the halving is sept 17 that we would here from Joon 9 before then no ice between you and Joon 9 and others I know great things can be accomplised with gap coin and I think it's in the community's interest to listen to,what Joon 9 and others require to make gap coin the best coin it can be

There were 551 record gaps in the file sent.
Gapcoin went from 755 total records to 1241, a gain of 486. The difference is because of breaking its own records.
Gapcoin had 1614 records on 27 Dec 2015 right after submitting. It's been dropping every month as records have been broken by others. Those tend to be the lowest merits however.

Delisted sept 5 polo wow
meh well it was something to be expected given the small volumes Maybe they will keep it if we ask them nicely? It's the only exchange where GAP is traded currently. Over the last few months I'd been mining Gapcoin on an increasing number of single core 'private cloud' server instances, generating a reasonable amount of profit and/or off-setting other server costs. The poloniex announcement to de-list Gapcoin on 9/5/2016 (along with other coins) caused the GAP price to drop by over 50% overnight, the immediate result being that mining is no longer 'profitable' in the short term, or for the foreseeable future, without an exchange. I have had no choice today but to switch off lots of Gapcoin mining instances and some of these servers were actually hosting daemons to support other crypto coins! (being paid for by the hour). Whilst market makers don't really need to care much about the knock on effects of these de-listing decisions, when they take these actions they often inadvertently effect the entire crypto eco system. Crypto currency remains the 'wild west'.

I looked at the Poloniex trade volume for the last month and it didn't seem bad. The lowest was 0.15 BTC/day and the highest (excluding the current dump) was 2.4 BTC/day. The average was probably about 0.5 BTC/day. Most exchanges including Bittrex will keep the coin listed with such a trade volume.

I submitted GAP for review to Cryptopia. It's a small exchange, but very reliable. Their admins have morals not to allow coins with excessive premine, unfair launch and just outright scams. Hope they put GAP up for voting there soon.

Ok, GAP is up for voting at Cryptopia. https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/VoteThere is free voting, but I don't think we can make it this way. Paid voting works by buying DOT coins there and spending them on votes. Maybe even 40k DOT coins will be enough, that's just 0.02 BTC.

I seem to remember submitting Gapcoin for voting at Cryptopia some while back now. Maybe it got de-listed from voting ? Anyway, lets make sure to get GAP listed this time around. Started looking for new / alternative exchanges for Gapcoin as a secondary option and discovered that its already listed at Nova exchange ! - https://novaexchange.com/market/BTC_GAP/- https://novaexchange.com/market/LTC_GAP/Although to date, no trades have taken place. I guess Nova exchange is as 'trustworthy' as any other ? Looking for reviews etc., EDIT: Nova exchange appears to have a 'mixed' history and the forum thread appears to be 'locked' currently. EDIT2: Seemingly the BTC market has been replaced with an LTC market trading pair. Random.

Yobit adds coins for a fee only. Trex also adds for a fee, much higher though, but they also list coins for free if they show a lot of potential. With no updates to GitHub, web site and this ANN for over a year, I don't think they will consider listing GAP.

I added 10K dot to paid voting on Cryptopia. And now - Last Winner: Gapcoin(GAP) - 10211 DOT votes So, Gapcoin will be added to Cryptopia soon. Cheers.
