Which version of mpfr has been installed?  It looks like MPFR_RNDD came into existence MPFR 3.0 and ubuntu 10.04 ships with mpfr 2.4.2

Considered upgrading ubuntu so something newer?  Otherwise compile your own libraries from source.

Regards,

I'm sorry if I missed something but where is the referral link to the free $5 worth of cloud mining?

"3. Create an account with VULTR cloud server network using our affiliate link and get 5 dollars FREE. - See more at: http://gapcoin.grn.cc/#sthash.9Sy8NfrX.dpuf"

(oh I'm thinking you still want a deposit before we receive the free $5 easier to stop cheaters?)

Make sure to buy it slowly, or you will drive the price up too much.

Edit:

Yes, the GPU miner needs lots of CPU power behind it.  Right now it's not very efficient to use your GPU's.  I have my mining rig CPU mining GAP and my GPU's mining other coins.  This way I get paid twice for my efforts  Wink

Best to mine this with a server board that can have 2 or 4 cpu sockets. Intel Xeon with 12 or 15 core with HT for 24 or 30 threads, would be power efficient ways long term but costly initially for the hardware. The gpu miner needs to offload work more on the gpu some how to make it more efficient. If you compare gpus to the recent i7 with 6 or 8 cores, they beat this immensely and even a 4 core i7 or AMD FX 8 core do better still too...
