Yes, ths version doesn't crash. But changing -w to 256, 128, 64, 32 or 4096 changes nothing the gpu load is high but pps are zero... I have Windows 7 (64), driver VGA 13.11, AMD APP SDK v2.9 my computer - AMD FX 8150 + R9 280X+ HD 7970+R9 270X = pps 700 000-750 000, CPU load in 70%. What is your system? CPU load or GPU load? The one I'm testing on is: Mint 17 (64), catalyst 14.4, SDK 2.9, CPU Athlon, GPU Radeon 6850. GPU load about 70-80% and pps 0 (I'm not using CPU). CPU load for one computer (35%) and second (55%), GPU load 80-90%. After how to reconfigure bat file removed kernel.bin? I not use -w

I like to announce a modified version of the CPU-Miner. It's on average about 1000% faster. Yes, no typo, +1000%.
The trick is to only search for gaps that meet the criteria (pool = is a share, solo = is a block) and quickly discard others. 10g/h and 15g/h are not calculated anymore.
BUGGER!That was the main trick I was using on my CPU miner! Guess my run of "cheap" coins is over. Now you know why I was asking about how many coins the GPU miner was finding, I needed a metric to gauge relative performance. Good luck, I'll mine for a day or two and see what a difficulty > 23 does to my take home. Regards, -- bsunau7

You are on the right track, but still about 3x slower than optimal. I am averaging about 1.5 blocks an hour on 2 x Intel Core i7-4770K processors. It is nice to see that someone is enhancing the miner.
Oh yeah. Look who we have here to speak. The one who's well-known for lying. Trust: -4: -1 / +0(0) Btw sir, in your log there is one block of mine. Don't spread your stupid FUD about killing the coin here. I bet you can't.

you put it in your gapcoin.conf: server=1 rpcuser=<user> rpcpassword=<password> (maybe rpcallowip=*)

the price is too low, can't earn back power fee.
put wallet in an encrypted USB stick it in a glass jar and burry underground for some time I have a feeling and image in my mind of bunch of people digging ground to look for jars with bitcoins in em' hey! gap looks great network hash accelerated while at the same time still allowing people to get to coins even on lower end CPU's , nice! exellent coin

I guess the new cpu miner is not a good idea cause of botnets. It's a two sides of coin again.

making GPU miner work with sieve algorithm will take care of that, mine with CPU while you can what would be really nice is to attract fpga to encode the algo, now that would be something, for that time has to pass I think, imagine size of primes then.. would scare cryptologists for sure
