On topic though.. I don't think the whole Vod VS OG situation is helping either of them increase their reputations or trust inclusions, from my perspective.. Probably hurting both..

Another thing to think about Dragon, when the new trust system was implemented their was no warning that it was going to happen.. At the time most/many of those who agreed with the current DT system (kinda OG's side) did not have custom trust lists, but many of those who were currently disagreeing with the old DT system had already made extensive custom trust lists (Lauda/Vod side)..

So basically it was quite an unfair start with the disadvantage going to OG..

Another thing is that OG is much more focused on actual business like being an escrow and making high value trades mostly related to collectibles, as opposed to the scambusting, snitching, and drama side with a lot of up-and-comers gunning for DT positions, making big trust lists..


I think OG should possibly look into revising his decision to reinforce Lauda's questionable negative trust on Dragons..

Didn't CH post the same (DRK scam proof links list) many times, warning of the instamine scam, but only forgot the link to the list in a couple of them?

I think he linked to the same proof a bunch of times, but only missed the link in a couple of them? No?

Either way... It's not as egregious as word spinning (lauda).. CH just posted a list of links with "plagerized" descriptions/headlines of the links..

If CH deserves a ban for posting proof links, the word spinners deserve 2X+ the same ban, easy..

Posting a kindof well know list doesn't seem to involve deception, especially along with unique text on topic of the list..

Word spinning, on the other hand, shows deception.. Shows that they knew it was plagiarism, and were trying to get away with it, to hide it..


For any that don't know or remember, these plagerism accusations came against CH a long time ago as an attack in retaliation for speaking out as the status quo.. And failed... So keep that in mind also..

If you could agree to that I would find that respectable, I think it would appease the majority of the forum community, and would probably be agreeable to the mods for you to accept that temporary fate..


I'm not one to be super keen on banning for ancient mistakes, especially permabans for actually active members with >2 brain cells (loss of value to the forum)... But the hypocrisy in this case... Whew..


I think it would be the stand-up thing to do to welcome atleast some repercussion, short of a permaban...

Escrow funds should be released to the original repayment address..

If it is not the real Watoshi, and the coins get burnt because the real Watoshi lost access to the original repayment address, then it is the real Watoshi's fault for letting his account get hacked, and losing access to the repayment address in the contract..

Should not need proof of identity to release funds to the original repayment address because their was no clause in the escrow contract for proof of identity for doing so..

The escrow contract basically said that the Watoshi account will ask for escrow to be released to the original repayment address, and now the Watoshi account is doing exactly that..

Moving the funds from the escrow address, after the contract explicitly stated the funds were not to be moved, also looks not so great..
Doesn't matter if it's been 1 year or 10 years, old keys still work fine..

It is also completely understandable that one could receive coins to an address but not be able to sign a message from it, like any exchange account or many 3rd party services..

All this over 0.01BTC..
