Merry Christmas!
1502  Other / Meta / Re: Decreasing number of forum users on: December 24, 2019, 05:31:32 PM
I used to think about that too but clearly It is all about the bitcoin price.

I think it's the bear market too..
More like the spike in new users back then was due to the crazy bull market we were in at the time.. Including ETH/ICOs..

Christmas eve DT1 battle..

1504  Economy / Reputation / Re: Yobit campaign participants and supporters on: December 24, 2019, 02:40:47 PM
My biggest problem with yobit is their blatant disrespect of our community and I'm not sure this would even be being debated if their wasn't money/profit involved..

I don't see myself as powerful here
< Has 542/52 DT1 votes
1505  Economy / Reputation / Re: Have you seen Yobit's new signature design? on: December 24, 2019, 02:04:35 PM
Blacknavy has good points but lets not be hypocritical because selling illegal AK47s here would probably get you tagged to heck, banned, and posts deleted..

11. No linking to illegal trading sites.

17. Trading of goods that are illegal in the seller's or buyer's country is forbidden.

Doesn't mean it's immoral to buy an illegal AK47, or some Cocaine, but not on this forum..
1506  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Ponzi.wtf, a self admitted ponzi scheme. on: December 24, 2019, 01:41:06 PM
I am quite confused exactly what @eddie13 want to mean. Everyone know what is ponzi scheme, I will present full quote,

A Ponzi scheme (/ˈpɒnzi/, Italian: [ˈpontsi]; also a Ponzi game)[1] is a form of fraud that lures investors and pays profits to earlier investors with funds from more recent investors.[2] The scheme leads victims to believe that profits are coming from product sales or other means, and they remain unaware that other investors are the source of funds.
From first part they are ponzi scheme as they already mentioned on their website. They will diverts fund from late buyers to earlier buyers, so no doubts about that they are ponzi scheme.

If you wondering about second part that they didn't lead investors that profits will come from some other source. But does it change the fact? Fact is pretty clear, still they are ponzi scheme and self admitted. So why you think that is not ponzi scheme even they mentioned it? It will run until new investors come, we have seen that all ponzi scheme eventually turn into scam. So I don't think it will different from it.

Anyway since I believe there is risk for investors and that's why I have tagged them and create red flag. If anyone disagree with me then feel free to oppose flag and counter red tag. I don't think we should make arguments between us.

Lets see you go flag Yobit then..

I think some just see the word "ponzi" and freak out, while not understanding the nuance..

It is a contract on the ETH blockchain.. If the code is legit then an exit scam should be impossible..

I don't care enough about this to go on discussing it much further and repeat myself, not much more to say other than I must not be completely crazy because if you look up I'm not the only one that saw the nuance of this situation I mention, and that's good enough for me..
1507  Economy / Reputation / Re: Have you seen Yobit's new signature design? on: December 24, 2019, 01:26:31 PM
Great post Welsh..

You either choose to continue earning a good living with Yobit's shenanigans or you keep your respect.

Yobit has thouroughly disrespected our forum for a very long time..

I think they specialize in taking the dumbest of dumb money and must be good at it..

Yobit has bee at this game of setting up "investments" of the dumbest of dumb money for a very long time and just completely screwing investors out of their BTC.

For all that haven't been around for the history of Yobit, have a little history lesson here -   [ANN] YOVI - Yobit Virtual Coin - First Raise Only Market is Open! (2015)

They are a vacuum sucking the coin from inexperienced crypto users, taking advantage of them with these sorts of schemes, and this is nothing new..

Yobit knows that this will hurt many of its investors. Without any moral conviction they will move onto their next token, and promote that with 10% interest, and the whole process starts again. They'll continue supporting it until they believe it'll earn more by promoting a new, and exciting token.
That..
1508  Economy / Reputation / Re: Have you seen Yobit's new signature design? on: December 24, 2019, 02:18:04 AM
Shitposters are raiding..

I've played with yobit since their very beginning, it has always been greasy and got real greasy when they basically just paid for spam here..

I've had atleast one account banned there but have never lost money to them other than me being stupid and not checking their wallet statuses before attempting arbitrage..

They have always been a scamcoin exchange since opening.. The worst of the worst coins to make it onto any exchange..
I am not surprised at all that they are offering get rich quick schemes that obviously won't work out well in the end, or shilling hyperinflating coins that just print and print to pay these interest rates or staking..

You know how many high inflation stake coins I have seen shilled and then go to zero?
This is why I lost interest in any new coins for the most part, a long time ago..
It's gross and gives crypto the bad reputation that it has..

I think even the signature for the yobit forum was greasy..
So this forum (bitcointalk) bans you for spamming advertisments, so you go make your own forum, and then advertise the spam forum on bitcointalk?
Greasy AF.. Do you have no loyalty to this forum?

Yobit is just an exit scam waiting to happen
Responses such as this 1 seem so hypocritical IMO. I was ok with getting paid by Yobit as long as I was advertising cryptotalk. The exchange was good to use while they were paying me to post about another forum, but now that they are promoting something in their site, I am not ok with it.

I agree..
It was greasy the entire time..
Most disgusting signature on the forum, to advertise another forum by a company that was kicked off this forum for their disrespect of this forum..

The likely "ponzi" has been there on yobit for quite some time no?
Now all of a sudden it's bad to advertise for the company because it is directly linking to their "ponzi", rather than just indirectly linking to their "ponzi" through their competing spam forum?

I have also been thinking "Yobit is just an exit scam waiting to happen" for a long long time and am truly surprised they still exist..
That was about my first and only impression of them ever.. They must be doing something right though because they haven't exit scammed yet..
I think they specialize in taking the dumbest of dumb money and must be good at it..

As for theymos.. I think theymos should be left out of this or atleast don't appeal to his authority to make the final decision here..
theymos may offer his opinion but I highly doubt he wants to be the decision maker on things like this..

Look at all the things theymos has done to try to put the decision making into the hands of the community, even enduring some absolute BS for that cause..

DT should decide this..

I don't really know because I would have voted NO to the cryptotalk campaign in the first place due to their past disrespect and banning, so my vote is still basically the same, and I'm not sure if this new signature is any worse than advertising for their forum..
Shitposters do really want to get paid and all.. Think of the poor shitposters that now won't be able to feed their families Cry

Hopefully their forum took some of the shitposters away from here at the very least..
Have them all..
1509  Other / Meta / Re: MERIT MEGA DUMP THREAD [DUMPING 100 MERITS] on: December 23, 2019, 11:18:02 AM
Tell me why is bcash and bcash sv is complete shit and how is Craig and Roger Ver are scammers.

BitchCoin is shit because the idea of it, if it was Bitcoin, would create more centralization by increasing the storage capacity and bandwidth strain on nodes, thereby making it harder for the average joe to run a full node and likely reducing the number of full nodes that are being ran, creating more centralization..

It is also the scheme of greedy miners that care about their profits more than the fundamental decentralization ideals of Bitcoin..

Ver is a scammer for insisting that his BitchCoin is the real Bitcoin, and in this process has basically scammed people that bought it on this information when they were thinking they were buying the real Bitcoin..
Tricking people with false information..

Faketoshi is a failed impersonator of Satoshi and is a scammer for trying to convince everyone he is the real Satoshi.. He has managed to trick some ignorant government entities of this and even managed to fool Gavin Andresen into believing he was the real Satoshi for a short time with some fancy but scammy Bitcoin signature trickery.. He is so much of a fraud I'm surprised he is not in jail..
They also falsely proclaim to be "the real Bitcoin" at times..

I'm not sure why BitchcoinSV is shit because I can't be bothered to care about it enough to find out.. I just know CSW aka faketoshi is shit and therefore so is BSV by association.. I care so little, I probably have some, but don't even care to look..

They are also douchebags for stealing some of the marketcap of Bitcoin, causing so much drama, splitting the community, defecating on the name of Bitcoin, and hurting the public image of Bitcoin and all cryptocurrency as a whole..
Real dick moves by the both of them..
1510  Other / Meta / Re: FREE MERIT COME FAST BEFORE I RUN OUT [Happy Holidays] on: December 23, 2019, 07:40:10 AM
satoshi was so ingenious that many believe he could not even be a person, but rather must be an entire team or even an alien..

Give someone else the merit though..
1511  Economy / Reputation / Re: Stealing signature design on: December 22, 2019, 09:27:31 PM
I think it's fine as long as he is only using it personally and isn't trying to sell it..

I would also think that forging a cryptotalk signature would have the opposite effect of trying to get people to click on it by mistake, lol..
Some people actually click on cryptotalk links? Like on purpose?

It's hard for me to even imagine paying enough attention to a cryptotalk signature to notice it was spelled incorrectly.. It's like camouflage if anything..
1512  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ATOB MIXER OFFICIAL | Review | Announcements | News | Reports | on: December 22, 2019, 08:42:03 PM
you defame me , i defame you, being a mirror , i behave like how you behave

Let me explain some things to you..

As far as I know not a single one of these users have anything to do with ChipMixer other than being paid to advertise for them with their add on every one of their posts..
They are not in any way agents of the company ChipMixer, or out to hurt the competition of ChipMixer..
I have tried doing the same thing, advertising for CM like them, but they have not accepted me, because reasons..

The CM advertising campaign is the best of the best and highest paid on the forum, and they have limited positions, so only the best of the best users get accepted by them..
Therefore, when you see someone wearing a CM advertising signature, you can reasonably deduce from that that they are some of the best and most powerful users on this forum.. If you want to have a good time here you do not want to get on their bad side, which you are doing..

You should darn well know how many scams their are in the crypto space so how can you blame them for scrutinizing and finding flaws in your service?
You come with this out of the middle of nowhere, ofcourse it looks like it could possibly be a scam to most of us.. Ok, yeah, maybe they aren't so nice about it all the time..

Fighting with them is not a good plan.. It is a losing strategy if you want to be here on this forum.. ChipMixer actually has absolutely nothing to do with this so attacking ChipMixer is also a poor strategy..

A good strategy would be to work on fixing these flaws that have been identified with your mixer, and trying to salvage what you can of your relationship with these users..

The first thing you should do is remove the negative feedback you left on their profiles, because now you know they aren't "ChipMixer" or CM agents/employees at all..
Maybe apologize a little bit for being a noob here and not knowing how things work around here, and coming in with a bit too big of a head..
Then, maybe, you can eventually get them to remove their negative they put onto your profile, which would be very good for you if you want your service to have any success here..

Your sent negatives are basically meaningless no matter what words they contain, on the other hand their negatives are very powerful.. You are far outgunned in that department, and you fucked up by doing that in more ways than one.. So you should most definitely take it back or it won't matter how good your mixer is or not, you will just end up screwed because of your mistakes..
Don't use that negative button atleast untill you know what you are doing.. It's kinda a big deal..
1513  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ATOB MIXER OFFICIAL | Review | Announcements | News | Reports | on: December 22, 2019, 04:50:38 PM
What happens if you take someone's funds because they maybe used "wrong" address, and your customer say they didn't?

Is it your word against theirs then?
This is a valid concern..

If you (mixer guy) want to consider invalid addresses as donations you should clearly state that on the page and provide a way for customers to prove what addresses they entered with an unforgeable receipt or something before the mixing process is started, to protect you both in case of any scam accusations...

i wish i could actually do that, that would be fun
I think you need to state something similar even if you don't have the balls to keep the wine and prostitutes part..
Or implement address verification like other users here are recommending..

You can scream all you want that this is a ChipMixer raid, but anyone with a half brain can see that the concerns are 100% valid.
Imagine never being on Bitcointalk before, googling "bitcoin mixer", and ending up reading this thread..
All the chipmixer signatures do look like shit if someone didn't know better..

Not to say concerns aren't valid, but wearing signatures does have its downsides..
1514  Economy / Reputation / Re: Trust abuse by Atobmixer on: December 22, 2019, 04:24:28 PM
i just left a remark saying :

unmoral type of advertising, Leaves negative remarks on other services without testing out the services. using brute marketing strategy for chipmixer. very bias remarks made on other mixers.

Just remove em man..
It's not a fight worth fighting..
1515  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: ATOB MIXER OFFICIAL | Review | Announcements | News | Reports | on: December 22, 2019, 04:06:37 PM
However if they enter a wrong address then its donation towards our system and we pay tax and buy a bottles of wine and enjoy with the Russian girls with the money.

So please ensure the address is entered correctly or we are buying wine with the money received as donation towards our system.

Lol, that is the disclaimer you should put on the site!

1516  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: CRYPTSY stopping withdraw locking accounts without notifying users! Class Action on: December 22, 2019, 06:06:44 AM
So you’re saying there’s a chance...!?!?

Only if you donate enough to the yakuza fund to track him down..

Quote from:  Cryptsy Cryptocurrency Settlement
Also, we obtained for Cryptsy account holders a judgment against Paul Vernon, which we hope to one day collect. We do not know if or when this may occur, or how much money may be recovered.

bolded text is code for "albeit, hell will freeze over and the second coming occurs before we even collect a dime"

There was already a settlement a while back from the class action lawsuit.  Are you saying the there may be more that we could get back? I did get a small percentage back from my loss.

Yes!
1 in 1999999999999999999999999999999 chance..

No word from Vern or movement of important wallets in a very long time..

One would think Vern would tell the truth on his deathbed or something..
1518  Economy / Reputation / Re: DT1-member includes banned red-trusted users to increase his own Trust score on: December 21, 2019, 06:33:59 PM
Can you tell how long Klarki has had them on his trust list?
If they have been on his list for a very long time then maybe it is not malicious trust stacking and he simply didn't realize they were later banned or whatever..

Before the new DT system many users included others thinking it was like a +trust or something, I imagine like the way I was included by Seal a long time ago and never even knew until the new system was put in, so it could also be something like that..

Anyone PM him yet?
It's possible he has a good explanation and will fix it..

May not be a good inclusion into DT1 either way though..
1519  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OgNasty Ponzi passthrough and ponzi fans.. BTC losses everywhere he goes on: December 21, 2019, 06:10:31 PM
The blockchain evidence corroborates that the passthrough was shorted in the end.. Does it not?

I think the allegation is that some of what he got back from pirate (even if it was not the full amount) he didn't "pass through" to the investors.

That is a separate allegation.. I was responding to this allegation..

I accused Og of lying based on sworn testimony that is on public record and blockchain evidence that confirms/proves funds were returned to Og from pirate.
Pirate said he repaid Og in full. Og said he didn't.

Og is the only person who can answer if pirate's sworn testimony to the SEC is true or not.
What I want to know is why pirate would say he reimbursed Og in full while Og said he didn't.
blockchain evidence that confirms/proves funds were returned to Og from pirate.
If anything, the blockchain evidence shows that he was not fully paid out by pirate..

The only "evidence" the passthrough was paid in full, is pirate's testimony to the police, in the transcript..

ognasty was shorted around 1300 btc.

if you find the payments for that 1300,which i cant. you would have something.

As for the mysterious 144BTC dead end.. Separate allegation... (144BTC is all that's left unaccounted for after it was shown that the passthough was stiffed around 1300BTC, not fully repaid by pirate)
1520  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: OgNasty Ponzi passthrough and ponzi fans.. BTC losses everywhere he goes on: December 21, 2019, 05:36:39 PM
blockchain evidence that confirms/proves funds were returned to Og from pirate.

But it doesn't?

i looked and looked and look and i dont see this.

i see a partial payment which ognasty  paid in under an hour to investors .

if you can show me more then the three payments you showed which add to under 1200 btc

meaning ognasty was shorted around 1300 btc.

if you find the payments for that 1300,which i cant. you would have something.

If anything, the blockchain evidence shows that he was not fully paid out by pirate..

How do you figure, nutildah, that the blockchain evidence even remotely shows OG's passthrough was fully paid out?

The blockchain evidence corroborates that the passthrough was shorted in the end.. Does it not?
