1341  Economy / Reputation / Re: The fate of the leftover fund on: September 23, 2023, 10:18:57 AM
In this thread it has not been made clear what The fate of the leftover fund will be. The Whirlwind forum representative has was last online in July 2023. Has there been any comment or statement made in any thread in the forum that can indicate what is happening (or will happen) to the remaining escrow funds?
1342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2023/2024 on: September 22, 2023, 09:04:51 PM
These are the games taking place tomorrow Saturday 23rd September 2023:

Crystal Palace vs Fulham
Luton Town vs Wolverhampton Wanderers
Manchester City vs Nottingham Forest
Brentford vs Everton
Burnley vs Manchester United

Manchester City look as though they could run riot against Nottingham Forest. Manchester United have lost four of their opening six games this season, could Ten Hag be out of a job before the Christmas break? I have a feeling Everton will struggle against Brentford.
1343  Economy / Reputation / Re: Obsessive Conduct by "BenCodie" Over A Neutral Tag on: September 22, 2023, 05:57:36 PM
So I've got no issues with either of you, except that you might be just a tad bit overzealous in your crusade to clean up the forum (which I myself appreciate, btw).  But again, I haven't looked into the details of the reason for your neutral on him, the issue with Whirlwind--but I will check it out.
Maybe you have checked it out by now. When someone says they are convinced something is a scam yet want to promote it for money and no other reason, there is a problem. Had he backed it up with another nonsensical statement stating the same, it would have been a negative tag. He reluctantly started twisting words and trying to make it that he did not mean that therefore it was a neutral tag.

I asked @LoyceV prior to this thread being made about some feedback. He gave me some, I took it into account and I had then told him I'll make adjustments in due time.
So, you abuse the Trust system, ask for my feedback, "take it into account" and then stop trusting my judgement:
Quote
Trust list for: BenCodie (Trust: +3 / =1 / -0) (407 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP) (created 2023-09-16_Sat_05.07h)
Back to index

BenCodie Trusts these users' judgement:
1. Removed vapourminer (Trust: neutral) (DT1! (3) 2136 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
1. Removed LoyceV (Trust: +35 / =0 / -0) (DT1! (57) 14038 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
1. The Sceptical Chymist (Trust: +32 / =3 / -0) (5540 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
2. Removed shasan (Trust: +21 / =0 / -0) (1178 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
2. Removed lovesmayfamilis (Trust: +25 / =2 / -0) (3942 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
2. Removed Ratimov (Trust: +22 / =0 / -0) (DT1! (13) 11429 Merit earned) (Trust list) (BPIP)
Lol.
It is laughable but I am not surprised by his conduct.

The post deleted from PytagoraZ is here. Let him make his signature quota elsewhere unless he posts something worthy of not being deleted.

It will be locked as I created it 14 days and posted three times 14 days ago and and not again till now. I basically allowed others to post their views though I did expect at least one troll appearing. Anyway, this thread can remain as a reference for the obsessive conduct by BenCodie after he received a neutral tag.

And let this thread be yet another reminder how a troll is still trying to attack me by using the Goebbels doctrine of propaganda: "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it". Pathetic but not entirely unexpected conduct by BitcoinGirl.Club again.
1344  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][BKB] BetKing Tokens REFUNDS on: September 22, 2023, 05:05:37 PM
The competition is too big now too. It was over 6 years ago that BetKing was on top. It's not possible to compete with sites like Stake who have billions of $ for marketing.
It would be an uphill losing battle at every step.
I also have no desire to operate a casino any more. That is not an easy job to do with the amount of abuse you receive as any operator here would be able to confirm.
Yes the competition is far too big, betking would not be able to compete with the likes of Stake or any other casino that was spending phenomenal amounts on marketing.

If memory serves correct, one of the problems you faced was that you had freelancers logging in to the server to carry out changes and one of the hacks which has the bankroll allegedly stolen was blamed on that hack (but it was very suspiciously and conveniently timed). It would be virtually impossible for any online gambling/betting website or casino to be a one person operation and be successful. It would require several people with their own qualities and attributes to make it work.

If it is purely to allow those holding BKB/BKT then it has to be funded from somewhere.

There is confusion because there is a contradiction. On one hand you say you have no interest in making a profit from the website and also you would close it after the last token was refunded yet you said it is privately funded. Can you elaborate because if $2 million worth of tokens were outstanding and only $44,000 was recently refunded (or brought back in the sale), how do you intend to make all token holders whole again? Do you have $2 million worth of investment to pay all those funds back if token holders try to sell them back to you?
It would be privately funded if I chose to open again. Not looking for new investors or any public bankroll model. I can get the funding no problem for bankroll. But that wouldn't guarantee the site being profitable due the issues mentioned above.
Here you have stated BetKing is now privately bankrolled therefore who has bankrolled it?

My time is best spent elsewhere where I can actually make money to refund investors instead of struggling with a brand damaged site. I spent too long trying that.
You do realise you or anyone else for that matter do not need this forum to save a struggling brand or to launch a new business. As much as I like and appreciate it, the world is bigger than this forum. You should not be blaming the decline of betking.io on anything that was posted here. People asked legitimate questions, there were valid concerns.

You sometimes explained in passing but never explained with evidence where the $6.5+ million from the 2017 ICO actually went. If half was for the bankroll (and we saw no evidence of that), where did the other $3.25+ million go? There was never an audit or publishing of accounts and you simply took it upon yourself you did not need to show evidence. You cannot blame anybody for refusing to accept your word.

Can you elaborate because if $2 million worth of tokens were outstanding and only $44,000 was recently refunded (or brought back in the sale), how do you intend to make all token holders whole again? Do you have $2 million worth of investment to pay all those funds back if token holders try to sell them back to you?
Of course I don't have $2mm to buy them right now, if I did or did have at any point in the past 4 years I would have already.
This is funds I am paying out of my own pocket from earnings elsewhere as I make them. Hence why it's "only" 44k refunded so far.

Keep in mind I don't need to do that, I have no legal obligation to do so, no investors were scammed. A lot of investors already made profit. Anyone who is refunded would actually make a profit due to the token price and ICO discounts. There's no other site operator who did an ICO that would do what I am doing.
I was unsure about source of the buyback of $44,000 worth of tokens therefore asked. I did not mean to belittle the amount involved, I used it as a comparator against the $2 million. If this is being funded by your income from other places/ventures, why are you doing it when the end goal seems to be closing down the website for good after all tokens are purchased back?
1345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][BKB] BetKing Tokens REFUNDS on: September 22, 2023, 01:30:22 PM
The website is up as a way for investors to get refunds easier. Easier for me to distribute, and them to login and withdraw.
It's not up for players to deposit and play.
That part I understand, they can however play with existing tokens which they could lose. If they win, payout will be based on the crypto game they won.

If I thought there was a chance old players would play and I had the time I would open it to players again and any profit the site made would just go to investor refunds.

If that was the case I would close the site the moment the last token was refunded.
This is a defeatist attitude one would not expect from you. What has changed for you to hold this view?

I have no long term goal with the website or brand and have no interest in trying to make a profit with it.
The question arises: why have you given up on it? (I am not saying you should or should not give up on betking because my perspective as a non-token holder would depend purely on what you claim your intention is).

What has changed this time in the latest attempt to re-launch. If it is purely to allow those holding BKB/BKT then it has to be funded from somewhere. Who are the private bankroll investors and how much have they actually invested? Has that diluted your shareholding/ownership?

There is confusion because there is a contradiction. On one hand you say you have no interest in making a profit from the website and also you would close it after the last token was refunded yet you said it is privately funded. Can you elaborate because if $2 million worth of tokens were outstanding and only $44,000 was recently refunded (or brought back in the sale), how do you intend to make all token holders whole again? Do you have $2 million worth of investment to pay all those funds back if token holders try to sell them back to you?
1346  Economy / Lending / Re: I NEED 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN TERM on: September 22, 2023, 11:48:15 AM
You don't even give me credit for being truly sincere. Let's increase merit here and I won't have any money, but they will give me money because I am a respected member, right? Please, but my speeches are completely sincere, At Least I Believe in Myself. No one needs to prove anything to anyone, other than believing! The important thing is to believe in each other. This is To Borrow or Not to Borrow. I respect your thoughts, but believe me, don't make fun of the mind of someone you don't know.

The important thing is respect

Best Regards.
Unfortunately, being sincere will not help get a loan unless you provide valid collateral or at least have a forum account that has some history.

Yes, I Created a Token, I Thought of Starting My Project, But the Stock Exchanges Wanted a Lot of Money to List It, I Tried to Find an Investor for This, I Established Communication with All Stock Exchanges, Lescoin Starts from $50K and At least $100K was Needed for the Pool. This Was Impossible, I Created My Project, But I Took a Break, I'm Still Working on It Continues.
If you do not have enough funding to launch your ideas and projects I think the best thing to do would be give up and try a different business instead. If you do not have financial backing from either your own savings or from investors, you should seriously consider letting go of the idea.

So why create a new account? Why didn't you use the old account for this thread? You do realize that by creating a new account you've made people suspicious of you. Why you couldn't use the old account, I don't understand.
Having a new account or multiple accounts while asking for loans is definitely extremely suspicious therefore that is yet another reason why this particular loan request will not be fulfilled by anyone. Think about it, would you give $30,000 to a stranger who created a newbie account specifically to ask for a loan?
1347  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO][BKB] BetKing Tokens REFUNDS on: September 22, 2023, 11:36:39 AM
This is on the website:

Why is the pool amount so low? The pool has been funded with $100,000 from other unrelated projects and the site owners personal funds to kick start the relaunch of the site. The pool amount will increase each month from any profit BetKing makes and also amounts added from the site owners other projects when possible. The goal is for the pool to be able to buy back all remaining BKB tokens so that previous token holders don't lose money from their initial purchase. This will take some time so token holders should have reasonable expectations.

Where did you as a site owner get funding from? The view will always be you siphoned-off phenomenal amounts of money from the 2017 ICO therefore to re-invest those funds by claiming they are your own does not bode well. If however you have sold all/part of the website you should be transparent.

The irony is, if you had not returned investor funds in the original website (for the sake of going alone to pocket the cash in the ICO as your personal piggy-bank), the betking website would today be a high-flying highly respected website with investors lining up to be a part of it.

If you are looking to re-launch the website with investors being made whole again and (there are no strings attached) that is the goal you mentioned above but what is the long-term vision for the website?

For any investors who purchased BKB during the ICO in 2017 that may not be in the Telegram group or receive emails.

Quick history:
We launched an ICO in 2017 that raised $6 million.
When we closed the last time, investors still held over $2 million worth of tokens that we were trying to refund but couldn't due to the site not able to turn a profit.
The other investors had sold their tokens in the old buy back program (some made a profit) or were refunded in other ways since then.

We are now in a better place to start refunding the remaining token holders.

The https://betking.io website went live about 6 weeks ago with the purpose of being a convenient place for old token holders to receive refunds.

You can read about the refund process here https://betking.io/token

At this time there is no way for any players to deposit and play.
We don't have time to run BetKing as a casino at this time.

We may open to deposits and add extra games in future if we can find someone to run and market the site.

All BKB holders who had an account and tokens on site after 2019 (after the last software update) are automatically receiving refunds from the pool.

If you have tokens in your own wallet (not on an exchange) or have lost access to your account please email support@betking.io for help.
1348  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [FLAGGED] [scam] BetKing.io broke ICO promise and dropped token value 99% on: September 21, 2023, 09:51:08 PM
If you had an account in 2017 but didn't have a balance in your account in 2019 your old account will not work. You would need to make a new one and then prove ownership of tokens.

The rate is $0.09128 yes, that was the price of the token after the ICO ended. Most investors bought the tokens cheaper in the earlier stages of the ICO.

He is back posting in the forum again after yet another re-launch: BetKing.io Token Refunds - $44k refunded since going live again

If you still have your 7278 BKB from the 2017 Betking scam you should be able to get $664.34 compared to the approximate $700+ you were originally owed (according to the rates given above in the post). The question is, will he pay his debt to you?

I have 7278 BKB left, which (at $0.099 per BKB) was supposed to be worth just over $700. The last time BKB was traded for Bitcoin on betking.io's own exchange, it would have been worth around $2 in total.
Currently, the only option is to exchange 1 BKB for 20 BKT. BetKing claims hourly buy backs, but that's only with a part of the profit, at the rate on their own exchange. It doesn't do justice to the dollar value it was supposed to have.

https://betking.io/exchange doesn't have any buy orders at BTC-BKT. There are buy orders at LTC-BKT, with the last price being 0.000001 LTC per BKT.
That means my 7278 BKB are worth 145563 BKT which is worth 0.145 LTC which equals $8.21. That's close to a 99% drop from the fixed pegged in dollar price BetKing guaranteed at it's ICO.
I should have been able to sell back 10% quarterly at a rate pegged in dollar, meaning around $70 for the first quarter, $63 the next quarter and so on.
1349  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAMMED ON XFUN.BET BY FUNTOKEN!!! on: September 21, 2023, 09:29:10 PM
It will not be an easy matter to start litigation, especially if you are on your own. If there were a group of victims (or alleged victims) getting to together to fight a joint case it would have been easier. Do you live in a country where you can walk in to a police station to make a report or will the process begin online?

Thanks.I don't hesitate anymore to file a police report. This is THEFT.
1350  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Casino Guru Exposed - Ties with Cloudbet and Curacao Operators on: September 21, 2023, 07:57:04 PM
If you feel Casino Guru have not been useful/fair in your case that should not really negate the fact there are many cases where they have arbitrated without complaint from the accused or accuser. Also, they have concluded in favour of the complainant on many occasions.

In the general sense, I am very much against affiliate or referral links to be used in websites that claim they are 100% impartial when they arbitrate (or when they compare websites). If you feel there is something untoward going you will need to provide tangible evidence if you intend to gather support for your claim otherwise it will be something you will continue to believe but most others will not. I do not think FatFork is passionate in defending them, he is stating what you should accept as the obvious.

Why haven't you addressed my question? Why there are over 70 scam complaints about Cloudbet on this platform, yet there are only 4 negative reviews on Casino Guru, a site dedicated to reviews and complaints.

If I've been denied the chance to post on Casino Guru, do you honestly think I'm the sole person rejected? Isn't it more likely that there are others, leading to the stark difference in bad reviews between Casino Guru and other platforms? Let's use some common sense here, mate. Im not sure why your so passionate in their defence, Casino Guru are not a horse worth backing
1351  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Fortunejack scam me for 279.6 usd on: September 21, 2023, 02:03:59 PM
Recognizing the complexity of this situation, we've decided to allow the user to withdraw funds amounting to $279.6 (Even though this amount was originally supposed to be in Freemoney). After that, the account will be permanently closed. Our decision is a goodwill gesture from the FortuneJack Team, underscoring our respect for the forum and its members.
It is pleasing to read you have been generous from your side to allow the complainant the opportunity to withdraw $279.60 before closing his account. It seems the decision was basically goodwill without accepting any wrongdoing therefore thank you for bringing this issue to an end.

Fortunejack actually added 279.6 USDT (bonus equivalent) to my balance.
Now I have been asked to upload documents for verification.
I also submitted a request to withdraw money.
Probably the withdrawal of money will be processed only after verification of the documents.

I will write when my withdrawal request is processed. And I'll change the status of the topic.

I also want to say that I did not have time to write negative reviews on other sites. This is very good. Otherwise I would have to apologize.
I am generally against submitting any form of documents to any website for any reason because of risks of it ending up being sold on the black market if the website gets hacked or if there are duplicitous and unscrupulous people operating the websites who intend to sell it on. Keeping that in mind, you have uploaded documents for verification therefore hopefully you will be able to withdraw and then find a different website to place your bets on.

It was a generous gesture of goodwill by FortuneJack, hopefully you will alter the title of the thread and lock it once you withdraw the funds.
1352  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Unnamed.exchange - do we have another exit scam? on: September 21, 2023, 01:12:26 PM
Is it possible for you to post that proof? There is no need to start talking about international lawsuits but if you post evidence here you will bring credibility to your claim about being scammed. Unfortunately on many occasions people make scam accusations but do not provide evidence at any stage therefore their claim does not get the traction they had hoped for.

I have proof of a crypto transaction I sent from Coinbase to Unnamed Exchange.

I don't exactly have the means to start an international lawsuit though. As much as it is, a lawyer would cost more in no time.

These are the images you posted in the OP but did not display because of your rank.

Out of the reviews for this casino, there are 9 positive ones and 4 negative ones, creating an even better than 2:1 ratio in the casino's favor. It's worth noting that the negative reviews mainly revolve around customer service and identification issues, with no mentions of license breaches or illegal activities like my review.

The 2:1 positive-to-negative ratio seems suspicious, potentially designed to maintain the appearance of honesty while justifying the casino's 8/10 rating, especially since referrals are involved.

One can only wonder how many reviews similar to mine are missing, which would undoubtedly tip the scales toward the negative side. Just on bitcointalk.org, there are approximately 70 accusations of scams against Cloudbet, yet only 4 negative reviews on Casino Guru. Quite a contrast, isn't it? 😄

I cannot see any reason to suspect collusion between any casino or online gambling website and Casino Guru. FatFork has basically covered the situation with detailed explanations aptly therefore you should not look to link any form of collusion when it does not exist. Also, just because a forum member presents an alternative vision to the one that you hold, it does not mean they are on the payroll of those that you are making allegations against. Please refrain form that form of conduct.
1354  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Warning] Unnamed.exchange - do we have another exit scam? on: September 20, 2023, 08:26:03 PM
Whether it is a crypto exchange or anything else, it will be highly unlikely that a scammer will return any of the funds he has scammed. If they had any decency or even a small amount of compassion, they would never steal from people in the first place (especially not from those tat trusted the scammer in the first place).

Did you keep any details of the funds you sent to scammer TillKoeln? Do you have proof you deposited funds on his scam exchange?

Hi, back in 2020 I transferred about € 10 000 worth of crypto to this exchange. I know now that it was stupid, but this knowledge won't help me now. How can I get my money back? This was most of my savings and I really need it back.
1355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mark Cuban's Metamask was hacked on: September 20, 2023, 03:20:11 PM
As intelligent as he might be, maybe Cuban did download malware/fake software himself and if time is of the essence it makes it more probable. Still, it would be almost unreal if he was doing many of those things himself. Does he not have a team of assistants to run various chores and errands for him? Considering his wealth, that is something that usually comes with the trappings of being rich.

we can't say that for sure. sometimes, simple things you can forget, esp if you have lots of things to think about. so for me, he's also the same with us. you can commit some mistakes. and forget some few things.
the difference is, that amount won't make him bankrupt, his life still goes on. whereas, if it happens to us, i don't think we can recover fast. it is like your lifetime's savings already.
1356  Economy / Lending / Re: I NEED 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN TERM on: September 20, 2023, 03:07:01 PM
The OP obviously knows what he is doing, this is probably supposed to be a joke of some sort yet at the same time if someone performed a miracle and gave him the loan, he would be ecstatic. This cannot be his first or only account here  Grin

Can I Give My Account As Collateral? Can I Give A Car?
Let me just ask a question...... Do you really, deep inside your brain actually think that your account here is worth $30.000?
Then you could basically make new accounts every day and you would have a daily income of $30K

You already have created a thread here: I NEED 30 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN TERM. The response you received was quite clear therefore to see you copy/paste the same request in a loan thread is a surprise.

Loan Amount: 30.000 USDT
Loan Purpose: for business
Loan Repay Amount: 35.0000 $
Loan Repay Date: 20 October
Type of Collateral: none
Escrow profile Link: none

 Grin

The OP has been made aware his request will not be granted therefore he should lock the thread. By all means if he manages to get hold of acceptable collateral then maybe his loan will be granted but until then, he should lock the thread instead.

How on earth he concluded he would get a loan (by creating a new account) is beyond me. There is a chance he is an alt-account being used to fish but I prefer to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Everybody has a chance to ask for free money. If they get them, is another thing. Grin
As for the "conclusion", you must first think in order to conclude. It's obvious that here we are missing thinking, so the conclusion is "out of the building"...
1359  Economy / Lending / Re: 0.0168 BTC loan, 10%, 8 weeks. on: September 20, 2023, 02:52:36 PM
Gambling without real risk but with anticipated excess return is the dream of many. Though volatility comes in different shapes and sizes it would be far too big a risk if all the lenders in the forum did exactly what the OP was looking to do (borrow in USD$ equivalent in BTC but repay specifically in USD$). The lenders market would collapse especially if over-confident loanees were timing the transaction to take place at a time of an expected bull run.

Imagine if you could gamble without risk and only reward. I would love it!  Tongue
1360  Economy / Lending / Re: Loan request urgent :( €2500 USDT repay €3500 in 3 months on: September 20, 2023, 01:23:29 PM
OP, you cannot get such a loan here without proper collateral, especially as a newbie. You might want to consider building up your reputation first, but brace yourself, it is a marathon, not a sprint.
In the meantime, investing in a good old bike could be a solid plan!
This very good advice. I hope the OP will take notice and at least try to build up his account here unless it was created specifically for this loan request. As for the bike, that is something he should seriously consider.

Did you register on the crypto forum just to get a loan? It's a very strange decision..
It certainly seems that way. How on earth he concluded he would get a loan (by creating a new account) is beyond me. There is a chance he is an alt-account being used to fish but I prefer to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Are you in regular employment?  If so, you will be able to go to the bank and get a loan on a new car (or a new second hand one at any rate) using the car itself as collateral.  You'll even be able to spread the loans out to be more manageable.

Look to ride share companies to get you around (or, gasp - shock !!  Horror !! Public Transport) - buy a scooter or push bike and save the money.

Better still, fix your car!
Well, he is stating he needs to buy a car and he is already in possession of a car therefore the collateral (for non-forum) is there. You are correct, he should go to the bank or elsewhere using the car as collateral either to fix the existing car or to buy another. Until then, public transport will have to suffice.
